Whatever i say about this hotel, it wil not be enough I loved my stay there, nearly 10 days..
The staff Friendly, helpful, professional
The room (stayed at 609, 706) Spacious, clean, large bathroom 706 had a balcony (quiet and nice view) and 2 bathrooms the master bathroom with a hottub The beds were very comfy Sound isolation was extremly good AC worked very well ( my visit was on August)
The room service I didn't need to ask for anything, they had everything covered instantly... hats off really
The location Ok it is not near the city center, but the cautro caminos metro station is within 5 min walk, and the best thing is there is an elevator so it is one of the metro stations for people with limited mobility, it is also the station for line 1, 2 and circular... so you will reach anywhere in no time Also, multiple bus stations are available and within less than 5 min walk 24hour market just around the corner Exchange office also around the corner( but has low exchange rate so i would not recommend it) Multiple restaurants, groceries, fastfood and differnt shops in the area
The atmosphere Very quiet, even when it was nearlly fully booked, lots of plants in the lobby and inner garden
The breakfast Actually it is the only drawback, it had limited options, not suitable for anyone with food restrcition and not worth the money (50 euro/day) But the great thing about the breakfast is the restaurant, it has an outdoor part kinda in a glass house filled with plants And the young waitress (sorry didnt get her name) was literally amazing, always smiling and knowing what every guest likes and needs... hats off lady ♡
I really enjoyed my stay there and it is by far the best hotel I have...
Read moreWe were in superior room and it is quite big with big flat TV. The bed is also big and comfy. The location is excellent to get out of Madrid by car or take a taxi or public transport to go anywhere in the city.||The parking is connected with the hotel, very convenient to bring the luggage to the room by lift and it is big enough for huge cars like ours. The price of parking is reasonable considering the general prices of parking in Madrid.||The breakfast is not buffet, they give you a couple of choices that for us was enough. If you want some extra things you have to pay for it. The price for regular breakfast is half of the usual buffet. We think that people usually waste a lot of food when it is buffet, so we agree with this style.||The coffee machine for the breakfast is Nespresso and so the coffee is great.||The staff is kind, polite and fast when we request anything.||It is a pity that their restaurant is not open yet for lunch or dinner, just for...
Read moreStayed here around 21st of December for 2 nights. It was the first hotel we stayed at enroute our Spain and Portugal trip. ||The front office attendant was nice and warm. The rooms were a little small but the beds were very comfortable! The shower wasn’t as ideal as the water would leak through the glass and cause a mess in the bathroom. ||The view was quite nice from the rooms. The hotel also had a super cool in door garden in the center of the hotel. ||Breakfast was a little disappointing- there was only one waitress (who wasn’t very friendly at all) and it was quite a dull breakfast experience. ||The hotel is located (good location) in a busy area, close to fast food restaurants, very close to a train station (literally across the road and goes straight...
