Pancho Rentals — Hotel in Palma

Pancho Rentals used to manage my property. After a few incidents I cancelled our contract. They cleaned the house but left incredibly soiled beds and duvets (not the ones I had provided for the rentals), they left very old and also soiled pillows instead of the ones they charged me for when they said they bought new ones. I will spare you those pictures. If you rent through them make sure your beds have been properly cleaned, I had to hire a company to professionally clean and disinfect all mattresses and duvets. Also they lost the keys to the roof terrace door and never replaced them, an easy task that should have not been a problem when they charge a big commission as they do. Fernando, a very sweet guy who works there, made a huge effort to help me out with these issues and managed to replace the pillows, but Pancho the owner refused to let him fix the rest and refused to answer my messages. I don’t recommend Pancho Rentals and especially Villa Paraiso Perdido. It has a construction problem with one of the bathrooms, theres smell coming from it all the time.The smell was coming from the sewage pipe. It’s not possible to get rid of the smell as it’s there constantly. The staff at Pancho Rentals didn’t do anything to rectify the problem. Even though we left the bathroom window open at all times and the door closed, the awful smell was there throughout our entire stay.The view from the villa is beautiful but until the problem with the smell is rectified I don’t...

Pancho rentals was extremely professional. More than that they went above and beyond multiple times to make our vacation perfect! We rented a gorgeous villa but it came without staff. Pancho was able to supply a person to clean and a chef at night. He arranged drivers to and from the airport and rental cars at the villa. He also secured a boat to take us on an all day excursion which was the highlight of the trip! We have rented villas all over western Europe and Pancho rentals was superb!...
