Important note: What follows first is my original review where I had given 5 stars (the picture is old too). Please continue reading to see my edited update, which explains why I lowered my rating. Original review (5 stars): Step aside I’m Turkish, I know my döner! They serve what I would call the tastiest döner on the island, even if it doesn’t quite match the true Turkish standard… To be fair, it’s actually tastier than much of what you find back in Türkiye, though I still wouldn’t label it as “authentic” döner. The flavor is outstanding, rich, well-seasoned, and satisfying. My biggest gripe is with the meat. It’s sometimes a little sinewy, and because it’s sliced a bit too thick, it ends up tougher to chew. Still, the taste makes up for it, so I can’t complain too much. One important note: they cut beef and chicken döner with the same blade used for pork gyros. For those who avoid pork for religious reasons, this is a serious issue and something to be aware of. They don’t serve halal here, and to be fair, they also don’t advertise themselves as such. So if you’re Muslim or Jewish, keep this in mind and be aware of the cross-contamination risk… The portions are generous and very satisfying. I always go for the plate with extra meat rather than the sandwich. The homemade sauces are good and I highly recommend ordering the sweet potato fries on the side. Prices are also very reasonable. Overall, not a traditional Turkish döner, but definitely the best-tasting option you’ll find in Mallorca. Edited review (2 stars): I had originally given 5 stars, but I’m lowering my rating after my last visit. Prices have gone up by around 15% and portions have noticeably reduced (even though I ordered extra meat as always). The meat had an unpleasant smell and was undercooked, which was very disappointing. We also ordered mayo kimchi, yogurt, and spicy sauces, but instead received two yogurts and one spicy. When I politely pointed this out, the waitress brushed it off, saying she wasn’t the one who brought the sauces, it was another waiter and claiming we had already tasted them. I explained that without tasting, how could I know whether it was yogurt or mayo? Only then did she reluctantly bring the mayo kimchi. To make matters worse, I was even warned for taking a sip of my own water that I had brought with me. This felt petty, unwelcoming, and not at all customer friendly. A good restaurant shouldn’t make guests feel uncomfortable over something as basic as water. Overall, what used to be a fantastic spot has turned into an unpleasant experience. This is how you ruin a good business…

Nunca he probado uno igual. Una calidad digna de venir y probarlo.

This is the best Kebab in Palma by far! Meet is tender, chicken is crisp, so is the fresh salad, salsa is perfectly spicy… let me also say this; place was packed last sunday and we were already hungry when we arrived. Judging by the amount of people in the place we thought we’d be waiting at least 30 Minutes to be served. Shockingly, coke was served in propper 350ml bottles within 2 Minutes followed by these babies 5 Minutes later. That was out of the world mission impossible great service and the food looked and tasted as if the chef had all the time in the world to prepare it. No hustle or sloppy thrown in Tomatoes, the meat covered top to bottom - i rate this meal 10 out of 10 and we Added this place to our a we will be back list! Thank you

Urban Kebab to miejsce z duszą.

Stefan – mistrz kebabowej ceremonii

I w końcu – jedzenie. Bo przecież o to tu chodzi, prawda?

We tried the kebab, the burgers and all of the fried potatoes in the menu. I have to say the food was really really good! Nothing to complain about. The meat was high quality. A top product on that note.

Service was was terrible. We went on a Sunday night, the place was packed with people standing up in the middle of restaurant. No space to move. The place was so loud all the time and complete caos. The waitresses paid no attention to the service, they were all in a rush they would literally throw the plates on the table. Very unfriendly I would say. 20 minutes it took simply to receive the drinks on the second round. What I noticed is that they pay attention mostly to on line orders and delivery and they don't actually pay attention to the tables or provide any proper service to the people eating on site.

It's a shame cause the product is good but everything else not so much. I suppose that's what happens when you go viral on Instagram. I hope they get better with their service in...
