Moon Dunes Apartment — Hotel in San Bartolomé de Tirajana

I had a wonderful time staying here on my recent visit to Gran Canaria. Fabiana was very accommodating and friendly, meeting me to do the key exchange and explain how to use everything. The flat was very clean. Everything I used worked well, and I was especially pleased with the air conditioning. The shower pressure was also excellent. I enjoyed watching the sunset each evening from the balcony. It was beautiful. They also let to let me check out late and were very relaxed about this issue, which was a huge help! Overall, this was amongst the best stays I have had in Gran Canaria, and I highly recommend. Thank you to Fabiana and Riccardo for their hospitality. There is only 1 word and that is “Superb”.From the minute I booked when I contacted them about anything my query was answered promptly.When we arrived at the apartment at 8pm we was met by Fabiana she was a lovely lady and very helpful.The Apartment is on the 2nd floor accessible by 2 lifts.The apartment was beautiful very modern and has everything you need including aircon.The terrace was amazing .We ate a lot of meals on the terrace and you had the sun on there from 2pm until sunset.The terrace has an awning incase the temp is high as it was when we were there.The yumbo centre is 2 min walk away which was perfect for us.The complex is very quiet and has a great pool.I Will definitely be booking...
