Atotxa Rooms — Hotel in San Sebastián

Clean and quiet, pretty centrally located. Coffee and tea facilities in the hall. Why 4 and not 5 stars: Not smooth check in process, no one told us about it when booking this place that if you check in after 6pm then you need to deal with it using their website via ink they send. We only found out about it on the day of arrival. The provided instruction was not clear unfortunately as it was hard to understand that we need to use the link provided to open all doors, we were only able to manage it with the help of another guest as no one was at the reception and they did not reply after 9pm on WhatsApp messages. Also room was small and had no view, it was a look inside the yard 3x3...

Very good value for money indeed, with the friendliest hotel staff ever. Every small detail in the room has been thought about, and the service that Alba and team provide is personal and considered. The overall affect is that the person(s) behind Atotxa Rooms really care a great deal about this hotel and its success, and therefore the guest experience. The room was modern and surprisingly stylish for the price. Spotlessly clean throughout. Only criticism is the location (perhaps a touch further from the Old Town/the beaches than I'd like) and the room faced into a dark...

We had a very comfortable stay in this centrally located accomodation. Very modern and well equipped rooms and very friendly and helpful staff giving good recommendations to explore the city. It is behind the railway station, but without any disturbing noise, through the underpass and crossing the river you are right in the very central part of the city. For the car a multi-day-ticket is available for the very close underground parking at a fair price. Good breakfast in close by art center. Highly recommended place to stay...
