I am a tenant living in Livensa for more than two years. As a student in San Sebastián, Livensa is an ideal option for living. It is safe and quiet with 24/7 hours staff of kindness and help. The facilities are excellent with large activiy area, study rooms, leisure seats, student bar, and more. Speaking of the room, the original setting was basic. It is a hotel-like studio that requires you to prepare your own food, personal stuff, bathroom products... But for a person ready to live here for serval months, it's acceptable to prepare more for living. The transportation is somehow convenient, especially to the city center. The bus 33 just downstairs at the entrance. To the other parts of the city, you need to walk 10~min to the bus stops, but it's still manageable. The routine maintenance and cleaning service are amazing. The staff are always friendly and efficient. For long-term experience, Livensa is a reliable and comfortable place to live in...
Read moreI've stayed in multiple Livensa Living residences, but my year at Livensa Living San Sebastián has been hands down the best experience. As a student, finding a place that feels both comfortable and social while also being quiet and safe is rare, but this place checks all the boxes.
The location is super convenient; there’s a bus stop right outside that takes you to the city center and all the best spots in San Sebastián. The building itself is really well-maintained, with great facilities like a gym, study rooms, leisure areas, and even a student bar. The rooms are fully equipped, and everything is included in the rent, which makes life way easier.
It might be a bit on the pricey side, but honestly, for the quality, safety, and overall experience, I think it’s totally worth it. If you’re a student looking for a solid place to live in San Sebastián, I 100% recommend...
Read moreWe booked a room for 2 people for 3 nights, but the size of the room and the bed did not meet our expectations. The bed was approximately 1.30 meters wide, which makes it quite uncomfortable for two people. One person ends up sleeping against the wall, with no space to move or get out of bed without climbing over the other.
The rooms advertised as suitable for two people seem more appropriate for a single guest. After our stay, we noticed that other reviews mentioned the same issue. It would be helpful if these details were communicated more clearly at the time of booking to avoid any misunderstandings.
Unfortunately, I regret choosing this place for our stay in San Sebastian — these were by far the worst three nights of sleep during our...
