Hotel Vibra Yamm Urban — Hotel in Sant Antoni de Portmany

I stayed here for 7 nights and, unfortunately, found the overall experience disappointing compared to other hotels in Ibiza. Cleanliness was the biggest issue. The balcony was cleaned only once during the whole stay, and I arrived to find a dirty table that I eventually cleaned myself. The floors were left dusty with hair, and surfaces like the TV table still had food stains. I felt uncomfortable enough to keep shoes on inside the room. For a hotel in this price range, I also found it surprising that the bathroom offered only shampoo and shower gel, with no conditioner. Breakfast had a nice variety, but the service was inconsistent, especially when the team seemed understaffed. I only discovered the à la carte menu by observing other guests, as no one explained it. Some hotel rules also felt off-putting. The towel deposit system was unnecessarily complicated, and the requirement to wear a Vibra Hotels wristband at all times gave more “all-inclusive resort” than Ibiza boutique hotel. Staff experiences were mixed. One receptionist made a very unprofessional comment when we raised an issue, which left a bad impression. Good location when staying in San antonio , situated behind the sunset strip and 10 minute walk from the egg however out the way for a little peace and quiet .

The rooms are lovely and modern .. we did have an issue with the shower leaking a lot and a technician was sent up to fix the issue .. the leaking is still present but not majorly always expected slightly when using a hotel room

you have access to both hotels as it’s a spilt building .. access to the floor pool (urban building) and roothtop pool (sunset building) the only downside is the sun does not come at st the urban pool until 1ish pm both pool are on the cold side with the urban being a tad warmer than sunset so abit of heating to the pool would be nice

breakfast is included and is a nice way to set up for the day however the selection could be improved a tad

Would definitely recommend this hotel! We arrived on Friday and from the very start the service was amazing. I came with my friends and partner to celebrate my 30th, and the hotel kindly upgraded me to a lovely room and even allowed my friends to surprise me with decorations before I arrived – such a thoughtful touch!

All of the staff are so attentive, friendly, and helpful. We really enjoyed the food by the pool on the roof terrace, and the drinks were just as good – I especially recommend the strawberry daiquiri.

The location is also perfect – just a short walk to Café del Mar and Café Mambo, with plenty of other great restaurants nearby. There’s even a taxi rank just behind the hotel, making it super easy to get around the island and to the larger clubs.

Overall, we had an amazing stay and I’d 100% recommend this hotel to anyone...
