During our recent holiday in Ibiza, we discovered the incredible Mint by Mambos, and it quickly became the highlight of our trip. From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by the relaxed yet vibrant atmosphere—a perfect blend of Ibiza’s iconic energy and stunning sea views.

What truly made our evening unforgettable, though, was the exceptional service, especially from two wonderful servers named megan and Daphne. Their warm and welcoming demeanour instantly made us feel at ease. Megan guided us through the menu with such enthusiasm and expertise, offering fantastic recommendations that made our meal truly special.

The food and drinks at Mint by Mambos were nothing short of spectacular. Every dish was bursting with fresh, vibrant flavours and beautifully presented. Daphne’s suggestions were spot on, and you could tell she had a real passion for the menu. Whether it was the refreshing cocktails or the delicious tapas, everything was served with a personal touch that made the experience even more delightful.

Their attention to detail, coupled with her friendly conversation, added a unique charm to the evening. It wasn’t just a meal; it was a memorable experience that we’ll cherish for a long time. Thanks to them, Mint by Mambos became a standout memory from our time in Ibiza, and we’ll definitely be returning on our next visit.

The online reservation worked perfectly, and both the ambiance and the food were excellent. Unfortunately, we ended the evening right after dinner due to an unpleasant experience with one of the waiters. In a rather unfriendly tone, he told us we had to stay seated at our table. At that moment, we had just stepped outside for a cigarette and received a call from our children at home, which we continued for about five minutes.

We had reserved the table for the entire evening and had already spent several hundred euros within a little over an hour. Given this unkind and unjustified behavior from the waiter, we felt disappointed and decided to leave without leaving a tip. We didn’t stay to enjoy the sundowner, even though we had planned to.

Dropped in here for a cocktail yesterday. The server let us know it was 2 cocktails for the price of one. We decided to go for this! We chose margaritas and dark & stormies. All 4 cocktails were brought at once- not the end of the world but I thought it was strange! My daughter said this is normal. The reason for my 1 star review is because they were awful cocktails. The dark & stormy was too large and lacked flavour and the margarita tasted of soap and very strong acidic bar lime. The host asked us how we were doing and we explained the margarita tasted terrible and he laughed and said he knew they were.
