During our stay at the Apartment, we had to find our that there was no hot water, not even warm water in the hotel room. As soon as you turn the tap to a warm temperature, only very little water flows out of the shower head. It was impossible to take a warm shower, not to mention rinse your hair properly.|We informed the staff of this several times. However, we were told several times that the problem was due to the water pressure and that nothing could be done. Well, let's be honest: If it was due to the water pressure, lots of guests would have already complained. Instead, we got the impression that nobody wanted to deal with the problem. As a result, we had a stressful and annoying stay. We find this behavior very unprofessional and not hospitable. No value was placed on solving the problem and we were just given the runaround. But we still had to pay the full price for the stay in advance.|In addition, the room was never cleaned properly. Housekeeping made the bed every day. But the kitchenette was never cleaned (I asked housekeeping and they told me that only the bathroom and the floor are cleaned), the telephone and remote control were apparently not even wiped for weeks and the bathroom was only wiped very superficially. Very untidy. It was still not clean after cleaning. The same with the toilet. The seat was wiped down briefly and cleaner was poured into the toilet, but the toilet seat etc was not cleaned on the underside.|The floor was wiped briefly, but instead of removing crumbs etc., they were just spread around the room.|A gruesome room spray or cleaner with an extreme odor was used in the room. This made breathing considerably more difficult. We therefore aired the room after every cleaning. The impression is created that this extreme odor is intentionally used to simulate cleanliness, which in fact does not exist.|Overall, we are very, very dissatisfied with the accommodation and the service and feel that we were not treated well and not taken seriously. Their warm hospitality is one of the reasons I keep coming back.||Both the rooms and the pool area are impeccably clean and well-maintained. It's clear that the management takes great pride in keeping the property in top-notch condition, which greatly enhances the overall experience.||La Kiki Apartments are ideally located a short walk from the main part of San Antonio, allowing easy access to the vibrant nightlife and dining options. At the same time, it's far enough away to provide a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle, ensuring a restful night's sleep.||After three consecutive years of wonderful stays, I can confidently say that La Kiki Apartments will always be my top choice in Ibiza.
