LEMONYARD — Restaurant in Sant Josep de sa Talaia

The place looks nice from the outside and there is good music. We liked it that it was not busy (it was actually empty when we sat down). The waiter was pretty attentive, even if he miscalculated our bill. The problem is that we had dinner here on Friday night, and we spent all Saturday at the hotel being sick. Now it’s Sunday and it still hasn’t passed. This is definitely food poisoning. I am sure it was not intentional, as the waiter was nice, but again, this is costing us holiday days, money for medicine and overall being sick. The tastiest burger in town. Seriously, one of the best burgers I've had in a long while, it was the Lemon Yard Beef Burger.

However, why not 5 stars? There are actually multiple reasons: the drinks are ridiculously small, 20cL Coca Cola, each sauce is an extra euro with the french fries and please note that your burger does not include them.

In the end though, you can have a quality burger, french fries (well served in quantity & quality), and an accompanying sauce for 14€. Add an extra 3-6€ for a drink. That makes it slightly more expensive than I'd like, but it's a pretty big beef patty so I am not going...

A true gem on this island! After a string of disappointing dining experiences, we stumbled upon this restaurant right next to our hotel, and it quickly became our go-to spot. Every one of the nine tapas we tried was outstanding, with the chicken wings stealing the show. The ribs were equally impressive—tender, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The drinks were generously sized and well-crafted, with no skimping on alcohol in favor of water or ice. The service was exceptional. I only wish I had a restaurant like this closer to home!
