Hello ||I would like to write a review not from the whole group but just some people.||We checked into the hotel on November 23, 2022 and checked out on December 1, 2024. For our 8 days of stay, we have formed a certain opinion about the staff and in general the hotel itself. The first thing I want to start with is that we were not perfect guests and know perfectly well what and where were guilty and immediately corrected and solved certain problems. The administration in turn behaved horribly. I want to note the girl at the reception does not remember her name, but she is Spanish, wears glasses and works most of the day. She was the one who checked us into the hotel on the 23rd. Every time we asked for help, we felt a biased attitude and did not get all the information we asked for. ||||The next thing I can't help but mention is that three girls from our group could not be put in the room that was indicated when booking the hotel. No one wanted to help us properly, but just blamed everything on our travel agent and coach, telling us to sort it out ourselves. Only after our work, the administration agreed to provide an appropriate room 3 days after arrival. Before that, the girls lived in another building in a room designed for two people.||||On our second night in this hotel, we were just in the second building in a room. Suddenly we heard an abnormal knock on the door and a man screaming behind the door. We were scared out of our wits and of course did not open the door. After 2 or 3 minutes, our room is opened with a card and a crazy old man, a hotel employee, comes in and starts screaming and throwing our things. He broke one of the girls' cream too. After telling the reception about this situation we didn't see any feedback, the girl confirmed that it was totally normal and they would do everything to solve the problems at the hotel. Yes, we may have been loud, but that doesn't mean it's ok to barge into our room and damage our stuff.||||Also I can't help but mention the staff in the restaurant. At every dinner they raised their voices at us, pulled food out of our hands and every time made us sit down at another table under the pretext that all tables were already reserved for the next meal. Again, no one reacted.||||Also, I want to mention that the cleaning in the room is just terrible, towels are not changed, the bathroom is not washed and do everything only when you point to it.||||Well not without good things, there is a very nice and helpful man working at the reception, he mostly comes out in the evening. Also very friendly and positive guy who carries luggage.||The food in the restaurant is delicious and varied, everyone can find something for themselves.||Rooms are large and comfortable, everything is more or less new. Very much space and good interior in the rooms. Balconies are wide.||The bedding and towels are clean and white. ||||Speaking of the spa, the pool is very small and shallow, almost impossible to swim properly. The tiles in the pool area can be dirty and very unpleasant to walk around without slippers.||But, there are two kinds of saunas, very comfortable and cool inside each of them||||Summing up I can confidently say that the staff still work and work on how to behave with clients and how to control aggression and anger.||The hotel itself is not bad enough, quietly pulls on its 4 stars. But the disgusting attitude of the staff spoils everything. Just because of this experience, we no longer want to come to this hotel and consider it for the next vacation in Palma...
Read moreOne of our worst experiences with a child – deeply disappointing and frustrating.
We booked this hotel based on its advertised child-friendly facilities, as we were two families traveling with one-year-old babies. This was a very special trip for us — our sons were meeting for the first time and celebrating their first birthdays.
From the very first interaction at reception, the staff were shockingly rude and unprofessional. We contacted the hotel in advance regarding an issue in the confirmation document and received no response. The issue is initiated by a Booking.com bug that displays the wrong number of guests in certain cases despite the full payment and is explained in this video https://youtu.be/kfZf-8u9ELQ. But upon arrival, instead of a warm welcome after a long, late journey, they immediately brought up the exact issue we had messaged about — clearly having read our message but deliberately choosing not to reply — and demanded a substantial extra payment in front of our families and tired children.
This issue is not uncommon when booking a room with a child, and previous hotels handled it with understanding and professionalism. But here, we were forced to pay nearly half of the original booking cost again, just to be allowed to continue staying in our rooms. Even Booking.com sided with us, but said the hotel refused to cooperate.
The overall experience went downhill from there. The hotel itself is outdated and extremely average — nowhere near the quality we paid for. The food was bland, repetitive, and of low quality; we had meals included, but ended up eating out every day — even for the children — because there was simply nothing suitable for them on offer. Restaurant staff were consistently rude. Every time we asked about a high chair, we were told (with attitude) to “go find it yourself.”
The pool was tiny — more like something from a private home than a resort. The poolside snack bar was almost always out of proper food, and we had to leave the hotel even for basic snacks.
As for simple things like pool towels, you had to fill out a form, leave a deposit, and you could only exchange them every three days — all under the name of “protecting the environment.” But in practice, this policy felt like a way to cut corners while disrespecting guests. We understand the importance of sustainability, but guests should be offered the option to reuse towels — not be forced to keep wet ones, especially when traveling with small children who require more frequent changes.
In short, this hotel felt like a cheap, poorly-managed 3-star, not worth the money, not child-friendly, and certainly not guest-friendly. We will never return and strongly discourage others from booking here.
In fact, this experience was so disappointing that we had to plan another trip — just to erase the bad memories...
Read moreJust got back from a weeks stay in a junior suite, 2 adults and 1 child. The staff are super, very efficient and friendly, they obviously work very hard. Only slight gripe on service was during the evening at the outside bar it is table service only and they can be a bit slow due to the number of customers. They should allow people to go to the bar too (it seems kids can get their drinks from there in the evening but when I tried I was asked to sit at the table and wait)
Our room was large with a nice sea view. Cleaners make up the room nicely each day and change towels when you need them. Towels are fluffy. Air con works well and isn't noisy. Powerful hot shower. Mostly quiet in the room. Downsides were the extractor fan not working in the bathroom and we HATE it when hotels push 2 single beds together to make one bed, not even using a topper to bridge the gap created. This isn't hard to get right and is a real annoyance for us, given that most staying there are couples with children, the bed needs to be joined up!
The evening entertainment was somewhat of a let down, particularly the kids Mini disco which consisted of the same songs for 30 minutes each night, supposedly themed each night but how can it be with the same songs and the entertainer just putting on mouse ears for Disney theme etc. My 7 year old lost interest very quickly. The more grown up stuff was a mixed bag..... Some pretty awful singers some nights but a good magician on one night and an OK dance show.
The pool is cold! You get used to it and it's a good enough size and we never struggled for a sunbed.
Now for the food and drink.... We were all inclusive. This is the 4th time we have gone on an all inclusive holiday and unfortunately, overall, the food was the poorest we've experienced so far. Breakfast was nice with everything you could ask for and the omelettes cooked to order were great. I thought the apple juice was gross and the coffee they bring to tables not good but the machine stuff is OK (not the hot chocolate though) For lunch and dinner we just didn't rate the choices most days, especially at dinner. Also found meat was sometimes overcooked or (on one occasion) the chicken was undercooked. Pizza was really disappointing with cheap bases used. Lack of decent sea food. Puddings were nice. We went out for an evening meal 3 nights and missed 3 lunches which says it all. Included white wine was awful, beer not much better, cocktails were OK.
The location of the hotel is good, a stones throw from the beach but there is another hotel in front so it's not on the sea front itself. Lots of shops and...
