McDonald‘s — Restaurant in Sant Llorenç des Cardassar

This is by far the worst experience I ever had in any mcdonalds (I once spent an hour waiting for a food that ended up being cold, but still it was better than this). When we entered there was trash almost everywhere even though only about a third of the tables were occupied. We ordered through phone and had it as a table service, however we spent almost half an hour waiting for our food, until a random person that was in a line (thank you!) came and asked us if we had a certain order number since they were only yelling it at the counter. Now you might normally hear it, but since there was a kids party (which I don't blame the restaurant for, that is regular occurance), you couldn't hear anything. When we picked up the order, half of the fries were missing so we had to go back and pick it up again. Now the first half of the fries were in the oil for far too long, had an aftertaste and were completely crispy to a point, you didn't know if it was a french fry or a burnt toast, whilst the second batch was fine. Burgers were also fine, but were cold, even though they were ordered as specials (meaning some ingredients were removed/added) and somehow, similar to the fries, one batch of nuggets was good whilst the other had an oily aftertaste. I guess the drinks were fine though, yay! We spent there close to an hour, whilst there was no effort in cleaning the place, picking up empty trays that people left, cause they had nowhere to put them, or cleaning up the spilled drinks. Some of the photos that we have taken show just part of the mess and don't be fooled by the people sitting there, that mess was there before they even came in. When we were leaving, the restaurant was completely full, however only half the people were actually sitting and eating, as the other half was just standing around waiting for food and possibly looking for a clean place to sit at. And the worst part about it is, that I have seen probably only 3-4 people actually working at the time (6PM on Tuesday during holiday season and is the only mcdonalds in the area). I have worked in mcdonalds, when I was in high school, I know how much work you can have, but this was severely understaffed and the workers didn't seem to help one another, which leads to food standing still at the counter, whilst the only employee who distributes it, is also trying to take care of the party. I really don't write reviews that often and for sure wouldn't write one for a fastfood, unless I felt...

I described it to a friend as the world's slowest 'fast' food. Took approx 30 mins from ordering to serving. The food was good and it was good to try food items that aren't available locally where we live. The air condition was a godsend and it was appreciated that the staff called out the numbers in both Spanish and English.

The toilets were lovely and clean, but the gents had a sliding door immediately next to the urinals so if someone entered after you and failed to close it you were rather exposed to ladies making their way to the loo.

On a final note, my daughter was disappointed that the mini Crocs Keyrings prominently advertised on location were...

We had an extremely disappointing experience. After waiting for two hours for just two regular hamburgers, a Crispy Chicken Burger, and a Coke, we received nothing. To make matters worse, the receipt machine was empty, so we couldn't even get proof of our order, though we did see the number. Frustrated and hungry, we finally went home without any food, even though they had already taken our money. It's baffling that amidst the chaos of 30 people waiting, they continued to accept new orders. This was both disrespectful and utterly...
