Visited Bella Napoli based on reviews and photos left by previous patrons.
Ordered two pizzas, and the presentation was great.
The taste, however, was sub-par, I have tasted better frozen oven pizzas from local supermarkets in the UK at 90% the cost of Bella Napoli pricing.
One pizza, unfortunately, was quite burnt underneath, and every bite had that burnt taste.
The other pizza was not burnt, thankfully, albeit the toppings did not exceed in providing any comfort either and felt rather bland and cheap.
Service was okay, nothing to write home about, but the waitress did what is to be expected when waiting multiple tables at once.
Speed from ordering food to the table was quick. Perhaps this contributes to why one pizza was burnt, but this is a speculation.
Atmosphere, again, nothing to write home about, usual off brand music being played, spin-offs from popular songs, not much in terms of views or character in the outside portion of the restaurant.
Two pizzas and two drinks came to roughly €31, and the portion size of pizza is enough, approximately 11-12" in size.
Had high hopes of this being a delightful little restaurant in Cala Millor close to multiple hotels.
Unfortunately, I have to be honest and provide my food for thought.
Criticism is essential in improving, and this restaurant could improve on its character, its food (pizza burnt) - would you eat or enjoy a burnt pizza, no? Then, return and recreate, quality control of food is a must, not just for your patrons' health but also for quality of taste and...

I just wanted a tasty carbonara, 3 ingredients. It arrived in cream, I didn’t eat it & told the waitress that it wasn’t right. She didn’t do anything
When it came to pay, I said again wasn’t carbonara. She brought a lady who told me it was “tourist” carbonara, if I wanted proper then I had to ask for it with eggs. Who knew? But obviously my fault. 🤦🏼♀️
I explained that I only knew it with eggs & then the man mocked me saying that I expected mushrooms!!! Because that’s what we did in uk.
I’m Irish, a resident, still hungry & now upset. I’ve never been served carbonara with mushrooms, nor lots of cream. Not a...
Read moreI do not give reviews much, but this is a hidden gem of Italian kitchen in Mallorca. Looks hidden and not that fancy, but the food they make is amazing. They are lovely owners, and willingness to make your order the way you desire. We are first time here, staying for 14days, and will be going here almost every day for sure to try more from the offer. I own restaurant and I am really picky. The menu seems too-touristic and almost drove me away. But I tried the Bruschetta, and my mind got blown. Tomatoe soup amazing, pasta and vegetables as well. Tomorrow coming for pizza. Cannot wait to have dessert. Looks empty but deserves...
