Pistachio Apartment 323 - Lanzarote Apartment — Hotel in Teguise

Pistachio Apartment 323 within Teguisol complex was a delightful place to spend a week away. Location is great, within walking distance of all necessary amenities and not too far from the main square in Costa Teguise. The distance from Playa de Las Cucharas beach was less than half a mile. Despite the recent storms, the complex was really clean & well maintained. The pool area was cleaned every day, the bar area was great with a good selection of drinks, coffees & snacks, & the staff were friendly & helpful. The apartment itself was bright & comfortable. All the necessary equipment was present such as sharp knives, bottle opener, cork screw, toaster, coffee machine, hairdryer, along with cooking equipment (although we didn't use this). The shower was good, with plentiful hot water. Security around the complex was also of a good standard. Sebastiano was the perfect host. Although we didn't meet in person, his communication from the moment the booking was confirmed was great with information sent through, pictures of the complex and how to access the gates etc. He answered queries promptly & kept us informed every step of the way. We couldn't possibly have asked for...

Just returned from our 2nd stay at at New Pistachio. We stayed in September and enjoyed Lanzarote, the apartment and Sebastiano's friendly communication so much, we just had to come back asap. The apartment is really well equipped with everything you need. having things like towels, hairdryer & a washing machine means you can travel light. The close proximity to the pool, which you can see from the large balcony is an added bonus. We will definitely be heading back in the near future.
