Food was reasonable but the wrap was not done up so the filling fell out. The most annoying thing was it took an hour to bring us the one wrap we ordered then another ten minutes to bring the bill which they insisted we needed to pay despite the meal being included in our package. It took us speaking to 4 different staff members to get our food and none of them knew what we had ordered. A few other tables ordered after us and got their food before us.

When we made a complaint to reception, their response was that this was all normal and she didn’t understand...

Service was excellent and so was the food. The drinks had plenty of flavour as they do not scrimp on the measures so you're not left thinking the drinks are weak like in some of the bars so the price of the drinks is better than you think. All the staff are attentive to making your meal as a good experience and work hard in the process, the buffet is good value with a fantastic choice to choose from, steak is cooked to your liking as is the fish.
