Best vegan burger I've had in a long time! Sometimes you have vegan patties that are too soggy, but this burger was done right. Full of layered textures, the crunch from the crispy onions and the smoky lentil patty paired well with gorgeous fresh greens. Right in the middle, the flavor changed thanks to the caramelized onions. It was zesty and comforting. I was extremely full afterwards.
We had also started off with some lovely Yaiza volcanic wine and a little dish of olives. Our apps were garlic bread (no cheese if requested) and bruschetta (vegan). They were both presented beautifully on slabs. My partner had a four cheese pizza that tasted like home cooking. Warm, great sauce.
The atmosphere was relaxing. It was quite a popular spot compared to other restaurants around 2pm, but it had plenty of seating for people who like peace and quiet. The servers were pleasant, friendly and attentive. We requested more napkins and they gave us some wet wipes too, which was a nice touch. At the end of our meal, our server asked if we wanted a free shot and we got some limoncello on the house. Apparently it's traditional to have limoncello as a digestif after lunch or dinner. Thanks for looking out for us!

We ate here every possible night of our holiday, five times in total. We were four adults and four kids aged 6 months to 3 and a half. Many places make you feel, at best, deviant, at worse, malevolent for arriving with such a horde of infants but everyone here, to a man an woman, was repeatedly and genuinely lovely. It's the most family friendly place I've ever eaten and easily the best all round service too. Cheerful, friendly, hospitable, extremely smiley. The non service guys in the kitchen would occasionally emerge to wave at the kids. The kids could order whatever they wanted regardless of the actual menu.
The food is astonishingly good. Not fancy (although the presentation is really very swish) but wholesome, flavourful and just extremely lovingly cooked. The menu is large and straddles different styles, which can sometimes be a danger sign, but we worked our way through pasta, pizza, grills, Moroccan lamb, most of the deserts and everything was great, and reasonably priced.
The feel of the place is small, intimate and thoughtful. Just superb, and for families the only place you would want to...
Read moreCame here twice in the hopes the the 2nd time the staff would actually be better and that the 1st time was a one off but oh was I wrong. Hands down the most ignorant people I've encountered while on holiday. On arrival 2 guys left my kids and I standing for 5mins while they chatted, trying desperately to not make eye contact and when they released we weren't just going to leave they made sure we knew how put out they were to seat us even though they were doing nothing. Food saved the place as it was very good which is why we went back a 2nd time but no surprise that the same 2 guy were there and made every effort to ignore us and because I hadn't reserved a table they and another women just scoffed at us, huffed and puffed liked petulant children chucked the menus on the table and walked away even though there were plenty of unreserved tables. I will say that The lady who actually brought our food was delightful full of smiles and happy. And the food was again very good. Such a shame that the miserable attitude of 3 members of staff ruin what would be a really nice...
