Shocking “delivery service “ 2 terrible experiences Experience 1 Ordered online. Waited 1 and a half hours. No sign of order. Called, to be assured it will be with me in half an hour as there was an issue online Another further hour. No delivery I physically went to the store to ask what was going on? They had no idea about my order. They checked the system and said I had not ordered Fortunately for me I had screenshot my order. Oh? They exclaimed. They then had to ring a higher up to get permission to cook my order despite me having proof of online payment. Come back in 20 mins they said. I said, but it’s a delivery.! Oh they said best not rely on delivery they might not know where my address is! 30 mins more waiting in the shop before the food was ready Oh sorry they said. Not sure how this happened. Experience 2 four days later Ordered online. Waited an hour. No delivery Physically went to the shop again. Showed a screenshot of my order Again they had no idea. A few mins of talking and one employee produced a crumpled up order. Is this your other they said Yes…. Yes it is I said . Why is it crumpled up and thrown away I said? Oh… we misread the date on our system and threw your order away? What? Another 30 mins waiting in store got my order to be cooked. Not so much as an apology I gave them a chance to correct their original order error , what a mistake Incompetent...

V disappointing. Arrived 1.30. Nice greeting told to sit anywhere as was empty. We chose a nice table in the sun, to be asked to move 2 minutes later as they had a photographer doing pics for Instagram and they wanted the sunny table. We moved. Ordered food and wine. I asked for spaghetti in substitution to fries with my chicken milanese. Apparently this was not possible as " it was a different dish" This is supposed to be an Italian restaurant - it's just some spaghetti. I then said I would just pay for a side order of spag and just ditch the fries . Cross by now.

Our starter of the house salad then came out of the kitchen and was taken to the photographer on the sunny table to take pics, and it was then moved around by a waiter and the photographer in the sun for 5 minutes doing the pics. Then to be brought to our table.

We explained that we were not happy at all. No apology but they offered to remake the salad. Initially we agreed but after a couple mins of thinking about it just cancelled everything, paid for the...

I was sitting outside at the terrace and eating my dinner when 2 waiters started to clean the floor and tables around me. In 2 minutes I couldn’t eat because of the smell of chlorine and other chemicals in cleaning liquids. I asked to pack my salad for takeaway and took the bill because you can’t enjoy your food and drinks while smelling cleaning chemicals (are you guys ok?). I haven’t even finished my drink 🍹 While I was asking for the bill, a couple came and asked if the place is open (yes, that’s what you ask if you see people doing the cleaning in at 6pm). And yes, I was charged the full amount in a bill and an apology from a waiter. Well, never coming back for sure and my first ever service like that in Lanzarote or anywhere in the world.
