Manimalar hotel lodge — Hotel in Colombo

The room was not clean upon arrival. Used items and other leftover stuff from previous guests were still present. There were no towels provided, and the floor was dirty with hair and even some clothing left behind. The fan made loud noises while working, and the AC remote was difficult to operate. The doors did not feel safe or secure.

For the price paid, the room was definitely not worth it. Basic amenities like soap and towels, which should be included in a booked room, were missing. The curtains were dirty, torn, and did not close properly, leaving the side window half open and reducing privacy.
