Kings Hotel — Hotel in Colombo

I stayed at Kings Hotel Colombo for one night, paying Rs. 6000, and was very disappointed with the cleanliness. The bed was clearly not clean, with visible hair on the sheets and pillows. When I complained, the staff claimed they had already put new bedsheets, but I had taken pictures before changing them myself, which clearly showed otherwise.

They gave me fresh sheets and covers, but I had to put them on myself. The bathroom also had a used soap full of hair—very unhygienic. While the service was polite, the hygiene and room preparation were not acceptable for the price. I hope the hotel takes better care of cleanliness...
