This hotel honestly exceeded my expectations. The hotel looked nice and clean, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious.

Although we booked a standard room, it was still very nice and very spacious; beds were very comfortable and the room had everything needed. Bathrooms were very clean too. Although the description states 3 star hotel, I’d say it’s comparable to a 5 star in terms of service. The location is also very convenient as it’s a 5 minute walk to the beach.

The staff were very attentive and helpful. Although there were only a few people working at the hotel, they made sure everything was attended to- from the basics of assisting us to quickly fulfilling all our requests.

Lastly, the food was excellent. Everything was seasoned well and had good presentation. We had bought seafood from one of the local fish shops and had asked them to prepare it for dinner rather late but it was still well done. Both Sri Lankan and continental breakfast was also offered - it was very filling and we didn’t even need lunch.

Overall, my family and I were very happy with our stay and would definitely book it a second time. The hotel has few ratings as it’s still brand new, but I see it doing well...

One of the best hotels I’d recommend to anyone visiting Weligama. The staff was super supportive and welcoming, not just when we arrived but even during the booking call. Shoutout to Kosala for being so helpful and attentive.

I met the owner when we checked in and he was incredibly sweet. We stayed for 3 nights and even got a free upgrade on the last night, which we really appreciated.

They also gave us tips, and even sent us weather updates.

Rooms were spacious and spotless.

The people were the highlight, but the location was just as great. Only a 2-minute walk to the grocery store (Food City with a bar) and 5 minutes to the beach. Beach clubs were less than 1km away.

It’s only their second season, so the place is still pretty new. Wish I had found it sooner.
