The fact that this restaurant is not closed by a local prosecutor's office is a mystery to me. ||Before we even start our food review we must say that we never ever in our lives felt so offended after what we have seen in the men’s bathroom between the urinal and the toilet cabin. Whoever came up with the idea of putting a caricature of Jesus Christ in the bathroom should be ashamed and face responsibility for offence against religious feelings. An image of Jesus Christ with a cigar in his mouth and clown glasses is unacceptable and highly offensive. Keep in mind that in Switzerland mocking religious beliefs remains a criminal offence that is why I demand for the caricature to be taken down immediately and an official apology from the restaurant. That’s sick to me and highly unacceptable and disrespectful in any shape or form whatsoever. ||Why haven’t I demanded it when I was in the restaurant? First of all it would definitely ruin my and the guests New Year’s Eve as well it would definitely end with and unpleasant evening for literally everyone in the restaurant. ||It’s hard to even comment upon the dishes that we had after such an offence but let’s get to it. Having dined in many top and less popular places worldwide even third world countries I was never expected to eat six dishes with the same cutlery. When after the first dish I normally placed my cutlery to show that I finish my meal the waitress was greatly surprised and asked if she should take my cutlery as if I asked her something out of this world. She didn’t take it. ||The food overall was average however not worth the price. We really enjoyed the artichoke cream soup as well as the meat. These two positions were nice. Thankfully after the fourth dish one of the waitresses |took my plate with my cutlery so I received a new one. ||We experienced many tasting menu’s before however also never expected to wait for the other guests to finish their plate to receive our next meal. However even this was too hard for some waitress as she wanted to give us salmon ceviche for the second time. Another waitress gave beef to a vegetarian couple sitting beside us. We highly do not recommend this place. Why we ended up there? Our hotel found that this was one of very few restaurants having an available table on the 31.12.2024. ||Overall we are still disgusted and in shock that someone in the 21st century would be so disrespectful towards other persons religion. Mediocre...

Doors open with a digital key, through an app. |Super clean room, however very minimalist: no wardrobe to properly unpack stuff but there were only two shelves and a few hangers, no table, one chair (but at least there were two nightstands), no minibar. |The balcony is essentially shared, separated by two thin ropes from both sides, so not much privacy as the neighbors can see into your room—I would highly recommend updating the pictures on the website as they are very misleading, as it looks like the rooms have their own separate balcony. |I wish there was ventilation in the bathroom as it was horribly humid after ever shower. |Loved all that natural wood design throughout the entire hotel.
