I’ve been to this restaurant a couple of times now, and it never disappoints. From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel welcome with their friendly and attentive service. They truly go above and beyond to ensure a great dining experience.

The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance—cozy and inviting without being too fancy or too casual. It’s a great spot for a relaxed meal, whether you’re dining with friends, family, or even on a date.

Now, the food—absolutely delicious! Every dish I’ve tried has been well-seasoned and cooked to perfection. You can tell they put care into their ingredients and preparation. It’s consistently good, which keeps me coming back.

Service ist echt nicht in Ordnung. Ich spreche nicht von der Bedienung, welche super nett und zuvorkommend war, sondern von der Chefin de Service aber am meisten geht das auf die Kappe des Chef de cuisine.

Für den Spitzenkoch: Medium Rare = Bei dieser Garstufe ist die äusserste Schicht angebraten und der äussere Teil des Fleisches bereits bräunlich verfärbt, der Kern ist dunkelrot.

Das Filet war etwas rosa und das auch nur am dicksten Teil. Also: Medium

Kann passieren aber sich so aufzuführen weil das Filet zu durch war und wider in die Küche kommt ist schlichtweg nicht professionell. Die Chefin de Service hat mehr Ahnung von Fleisch als sie.

Die Frechheit dann noch zu besitzen zwei Filets auf die Rechnung setzen zu wollen ist echt das letzte.

Möglicherweise kommt bald mal wer vorbei um die Küche zu beurteilen, würde dann einfach hoffen das man kein Filet bestellt.

Einstück wurde probiert aber ist das wirklich nötig? Haben sie denn eins probiert? Nein Haben sie mir nicht gesagt ich soll es in der Mitte nochmals aufschneiden und dann selber gesagt das sein Medium (Chef de Service) Ist eigentlich völlig egal den probiert habe ich es und um die Garstufen festzustellen muss man nicht ein Stuck probieren.

Sie wissen das dies nicht vollständig ist so wie sie’s es darstellen.

Ihr merkt schon das ihr es nicht gerade besser macht wenn ihr Lügen auf schwarz/weiss im Internet verbreitet?

Food was amazing, i had the pork steak with the bone,the quality was really good it was not porky at all they really prepared it very nice i had it with polenta with veggies as well super super yummy.
