Front Desk Staff - 100% superb . Their response, very polite and helpful. Really appreciate the support. from Restaurant, even our check out is little bit early, they arranged us the complimentary breakfast earlier , just for us. Thank you for your support.

We have more luggages, so, they assisted us in Free to drop to the train station. The hotel is close to the Tasch Train Station. 3 mins walkable distance.

Food - very nice. Due to time constraint, we didn't spend much time, but they have arranged us everything. we had bread, juice and nuts, etc. but we like their service and commitment.

Rooms - I can give 10 out of 10 for the rooms. Very clean , mind-blowing view from balcony, biggest restrooms, Hot water, everything is superb.

Location : Very close to Tasch Train Station . just 2 to 3 mins walkable distance. I suggest this hotel for the service, location, because, the Hotels in Zermatt is costly and this hotel is cheap and well connected through Trains. ( 10 mins train from this hotel to...

To the owner: You've clearly confused us with someone else, as we didn't arrive for breakfast late and then requested warm bread rolls 🤣 Even if someone did ask you to heat the bread rolls, I personally don't see how this is five star service. I recommend you take a trip and stay at a decent hotel to experience the service.

Detailed review: I think the hotel is decent for the price. The breakfast is not spectacular but decent for such a hotel. One of the receptionists didn't deem to be in a good mood, but the one next day was very friendly. The location is very convenient and there is car parking. The room was spacious but not cozy. The beds were not comfortable and the pillows were terrible. The bathroom couldn't be locked from the inside, but that seems to be common in quite a few hotels...

You'll find comfortable, clean rooms and a good breakfast served from 7:30 to 9:30 AM. The nearby train station is convenient, offering a quick 20-minute, 16 CHF roundtrip ride into Zermatt for fantastic hiking. However, along with helicopters, landscapers, and the river, it leads to a noisy environment. Balconies with a nice view are available for smoking, though odors may enter your room if the window is open. Restaurants in the area offer good food, but are also quite expensive.
