It is a review written with a sincere intention hoped for a touristfrom having to experience horrible services and wish everyone a happy journey & prosperity of the restaurant

This is a review intended for tourist having to find a restaurant in Kantonsstrasse 171, 3929 Täsch Switzerland

It is a place had a relaxing ambiance and good beers.but I was never able to understood why there was a need for leaving a bad impression by waitress's rude misdemeanors .

Being excited to visit here after a good reviews written over the food and thought it was a good idea to pay a visit for a chance given once in a life time

Perhaps It was just overrated since it is located in a bustling city. but I still want to believe that it's a shame to leave a review that It was a major mistake coming here for a unnecessary discrimination experienced here.

Here goes my personal reviews for reasons above

1. While locals could occupy seats "without having to ask for table availability," tourists were forced to make an apology before occupying any places although there were no "Seat reservation signs"

It's a disappointing experience to know that Privileges only apply to local citizens while others are easily exposed to unequal treatment. It was a stark difference in treatment between tourist and local visitors

2. They would exude an pressure for making more orders by asking if there were any extra orders needed in the midst of a meal. Silent enforcement by burdensome Questions is constant

Waitress would come and lift the dish even before meal is done

3. Waitress would leave restaurant to talk on phone or would constantly ignore tourist from Asia in particular.

(It was needless to say it was being done on purpose)

Definite coaching with manners and mentoring session

might be good idea for bettering your restaurant as it isn't only this review that has same or similar contents

I really do hope this experience may end from my turn and nobody gets to experience as such.

We ended up eating here only because all the other restaurants were closed for siesta and we had a tight schedule. The waitress's manners are unacceptable. We waited patiently for her to take our orders while the place was almost empty and after 20 minutes and seeing her serving people who got there after us, we signaled her and her reaction was an angry "Calm down, I'm coming!" That was just the beginning. For the whole duration of our lunch, she was spitting out shocking remarks, she clearly wasn't happy about us being there. The food matched the staff. The tomato soup was so salty it was hurting my tongue. The carbonara was undercooked and had a funny taste to it, the pork steak was tough, the burger was dry. The only thing they didn't mess up were the fries. I wish there was a way to give less than one star. Utterly...

The food was not good. Cheese for the fondue tasted old and freezer burnt and the burger meat tastes fake. We were served tap water after asking for bottled water and charged for the tap water which we did not drink because we do not like the taste of the tap water.

Service is a 1/5 because the waitress asked how was our food and after telling her how I didn’t eat any of the fondue because I didn’t like it she said “probably just your taste buds”. I didn’t read the reviews on Google until after eating there and saw that loads of people complain about the fondue.

Had to go to another restaurant after 😭 this definitely was a waste of money. I would trust the poor reviews. If you have time to go to Zermatt, then you’ll find...
