Hotel Restaurant City — Hotel in Täsch

!!RACIST HOUSE‼︎|THE ASIAN WERE NOT WELCOMED HERE.||I stayed at this hotel for a night with my husband.|I needed to join in a conference at the early morning so took a seat at sofa at the|lobby.|The man showed up a hour later and scolded me not to use the facilities in the hotel in the morning (I was just staying in the lobby! Is that a problem?).|Why does the person who stayed in this hotel not allow me to use the facilities (like sitting on the sofa)?"|Afterwards he told me I can use the lobby only on the opening time.|The Staff at the front desk just gave us a key and told the place of breakfast when we were checking in.|How we can know the opening time of the reception without given any information on the information counter?????|There was no expect that I couldn't use the lobby while I'm staying. Of course never experienced that ever.||Some people mentioned about "friendly staff" but|I've NEVER found ”Friendly” staff here.|The man acted rudely to us even after this "incident "but|He smilely to answer with eyecontact to the when the other " color" people when they're out of the morning buffet place.|OF COURSE we weren't said nothing when we were out but " bye" (without smile and eyecontact)after|my husband said Thank you to him.||May be they changed their attitude depends on people who have the same pigments or not.What a shameful and pity racist.||This made our stay at Zermatt very awful.||P.S. Stayed here for 1 night during travelling around Switzerland. Upon arrival, no one was at reception so we pressed the bell and a lady appeared. She wasn't the friendliest at all but she got someone from outside to check us in. He was even more unfriendly, as though it was too much hassle for him to do his job. Simply asked my name which I told him 3 times and then he was rude as he looked through printed confirmation saying well where can I read your name then? Not the best of starts.||||The room was lovely, spacious and comfortable. We had arrived around 8pm so went straight out to get food. Tasch reminded me of an old style western town. We ended up eating at the hotel as there was waiting times everywhere else. Again not the friendliest of greetings but food was nice although most expensive meal we had during our 6 day stay in Switzerland and wasn't particularly worth it at all. ||||Breakfast mediocre, toast but tiny toaster for about 50 people to use and cereal, no pastries or fruit. ||||Good Base to stay for zermat which was stunning and location was great but the staff could be a...
