慢漫窩溫泉旅宿 — Hotel in Jiaoxi Township

Every dish in the breakfast has well balanced taste with a surprise in it. I tried several Michelin =2 star(s) restaurants in US, and I still enjoy its breakfast a lot.

I stayed at the HAPPY for TWO STANDARD room on the 6th floor, and I really like the mountain view available from both the main window and the bathroom window by the tube. When you are using the toilet, you can put your mobile device on the side of the tube to use it as a table, and you will see the mountain view when you raise your sight from the mobile device. It is really an indulging experience even hardly achievable in many of the 5-star hotels in California.

When staying at the hotel room, you can easily hear the chirping of cicadsas, offering the immersive aura of the summer, while listening to the singing of the birds to wake up. The television has many high defintion channels including NHK.

The owner even offered some special dishes in the breakfast because my stay is kind of longer compared to the others.

Overall, this is a highly recommended hotel for people who loves mother nature, in room onsen with mountain view, and don't mind to use some good in-room TV entertainments occasionally.

PS: The famous waterfall 五峰旗 is within walking distance...

Room is clean but a bit small, toilet water pressure is good.

Breakfast is disappointing. Individual set meal but is extremely small portion like kids meal and key issue is mainly serving carbs. Not refillable including drinks. Jam spread is also extremely "thin". Can be a lot more generous for breakfast. Breakfast time is between 8-10am, by 10am the lady will remind you that they are closed and you have to leave the dinning area. Also, you have to order it before 9pm else there is no breakfast for u on the next day even it is just small tiny serving of it.

A fair bit of rules that they will need you to agree via online before check in. Likewise they will keep messaging you for house rules to adhere and your breakfast order for next day. You will still need to submit it even though you decide not to have it. Feel stressed with all this for a holidays. 😅

I've come and stay here with a total of 3 families, instructions are clear and the bed is comfortable with good services, I wonder why there's 3 or 4 stars given unless they are expecting a 5 star hotel treatment?

The spring water is awesome with private bathtub, would definitely come here again with my kids if I'm coming to Yilan again.

The games room is awesome together with the breakfast (just nice, not too full). Healthy choice of ingredients...
