冠翔泉旅 — Hotel in Jiaoxi Township

I came from San Francisco to visit my families in Taiwan. We also planned to hike the Matcha Mountain. The location of the hotel is close to the parking of the Matcha Mountain and town. Walking distance to the shopping areas. There are different massage water jets at the hot spring spa. The shower rooms in the hot spring area are so clean. Another excellent stay 2 yrs in a row. Always helpful, clean and meticulous. Delicious breakfast and lunch. Quality juices. Only puzzling how they could have missed hanging hooks for towels and bathrobes despite their thoughtful design for everything else. Also will be nice to implement changing to hotel footwear near the hot spring pools or no footwear for non hotel guests . It’s quite disgusting to see people walk all over the premises in outside shoes and the rest of us had to step on the same areas and go straight...

A tour agency had assisted me in booking two night stays in this hotel. It was a last minute changes due to some unforseen circumstances.

This morning, my wife accidentally sat on her spectacles. I approached the receptionist staff, and they were extremely helpful to assist me in putting back the lenses and concerted efforts to realigned back the frame.

The staffs are namely Cindy, Cherry and Abel. Kindly send my sincere appreciation to them.

Overall the stay is wonderful, hotel is very clean....
