Read more2023/1/1連假一家四口住宿兆品,久聞一鴨五吃的名號,先說結論:完全不值得再訪
前兩道非常慎重其事的介紹,也歡迎用餐客戶照相錄影,所以精華就在前兩道:脆皮鴨壽司、片鴨袈蔥餅(這兩道也確實好吃)
後面三道完全不演了
生菜巧鴨鬆,放了就走,問服務生這道特色是什麼?A回答:我不是台灣人,不知道你說什麼不好意思;再問B,B說:就用炒的.......嗯.....這不用你講我看得出來
接著一盤吃了1/3,剛剛那位B就來催促,幫你們換小盤,我們等等要放卡式爐,需要空間(只吃1/3換小盤?),然後就把鴨鬆裝在兒童碗塞滿,瞬間已經失去食慾。
第四道薄脆鴨香粥,沒有味道,幾絲鴨肉,看不出來特別什麼,粥也不熱(個人猜測是大鍋粥盛的)
第五道上湯鴨寶鍋,是我決定來這邊留下負面評價的關鍵,之前一直暗示催促,幫我們換小盤,說需要卡式爐的空間,到了最後一道放了卡式爐之後,彷彿已經不甘他們的事了,一等等了半小時,問了兩次,約35分鐘後上,看起來慘不忍睹,把剩下的美味的鴨肉鴨腿,丟在生冷的水裡(天啊我最愛的鴨腿),裡面放著一些青菜,然後開火,預計等到鍋滾我想應該還要15分鐘以上,而且等到湯入味也許還要滾更久(個人猜測是完全忘記要上第五道的流程,匆匆忙忙到廚房加水丟鴨)
我很喜歡礁溪兆品,今年秋冬以來已經第二次入住,飯店服務真的非常客氣貼心,從接駁到櫃檯到九樓人員都是,第一次沒有訂的一鴨五吃,久聞其名,就想著這次連假全家來享用。但這次的用餐體驗非常糟糕,餐廳的服務水準足以毀了整個兆品住宿所建立起來的信譽,這樣形容真的一點都不誇張。
