2023/1/1連假一家四口住宿兆品，久聞一鴨五吃的名號，先說結論：完全不值得再訪

前兩道非常慎重其事的介紹，也歡迎用餐客戶照相錄影，所以精華就在前兩道：脆皮鴨壽司、片鴨袈蔥餅（這兩道也確實好吃）

後面三道完全不演了

生菜巧鴨鬆，放了就走，問服務生這道特色是什麼？A回答：我不是台灣人，不知道你說什麼不好意思；再問B，B說：就用炒的.......嗯.....這不用你講我看得出來

接著一盤吃了1/3，剛剛那位B就來催促，幫你們換小盤，我們等等要放卡式爐，需要空間（只吃1/3換小盤？），然後就把鴨鬆裝在兒童碗塞滿，瞬間已經失去食慾。

第四道薄脆鴨香粥，沒有味道，幾絲鴨肉，看不出來特別什麼，粥也不熱（個人猜測是大鍋粥盛的）

第五道上湯鴨寶鍋，是我決定來這邊留下負面評價的關鍵，之前一直暗示催促，幫我們換小盤，說需要卡式爐的空間，到了最後一道放了卡式爐之後，彷彿已經不甘他們的事了，一等等了半小時，問了兩次，約35分鐘後上，看起來慘不忍睹，把剩下的美味的鴨肉鴨腿，丟在生冷的水裡（天啊我最愛的鴨腿），裡面放著一些青菜，然後開火，預計等到鍋滾我想應該還要15分鐘以上，而且等到湯入味也許還要滾更久（個人猜測是完全忘記要上第五道的流程，匆匆忙忙到廚房加水丟鴨）

我很喜歡礁溪兆品，今年秋冬以來已經第二次入住，飯店服務真的非常客氣貼心，從接駁到櫃檯到九樓人員都是，第一次沒有訂的一鴨五吃，久聞其名，就想著這次連假全家來享用。但這次的用餐體驗非常糟糕，餐廳的服務水準足以毀了整個兆品住宿所建立起來的信譽，這樣形容真的一點都不誇張。
