Spacious room, you can park your car on the ground floor. Friendly staff. Walking distance to restaurants, 7-11... However it says on booking.com that toiletries are included but it wasn't in the room, so I asked and they charged us $100, not much but still disappointed. The room especially the bathroom needs a thorough, deep clean. There is mold everywhere which can be cleaned with a sponge and soap and a bit of hard scrubbing. There is a lot of dust in the room as well. If they can improve the cleanliness then I'm sure that they can attract more guests since it's such a spacious room, when your kids are sleeping upstairs, you can have some alone...

Rooms are clean and spacious. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Location may not be convenient, it’s better to rent a car. Carparks are available at no additional cost. Overall it’s a pleasant experience to stay...

沒有住過比這更糟的旅館了，一個爛旅店可以毀了一趟旅程的心情。 <鬼故事開始> 在booking.com上訂了一晚$3420的房間，下午六點才能check in。以為都是汽車旅館形式的車庫房，結果旅館人員說我們的房型是不含車位的，要把車子停到外面的停車場。到這裡有點疑惑但還可以接受。我們被分配到505房，服務人員說要走到底在右手邊，我們看到的外觀是扁扁一面牆壁完全看不出來有房間的形狀，可想而知裡面的格局一定很奇怪，可惜太晚太累忘記拍照。 恐怖的地方來了，我們的房卡打不開門，第一次走回去櫃檯，小姐幫我們重新設定還是打不開，第二次櫃檯小姐終於願意跟我們一起走去看看，請房務來幫忙還是打不開，甚至房務今天沒有進去過505。 到這裡我們根本不敢住下去，誰知道門打開會看到什麼。看到我們很不高興，服務人員才說可以幫我們「升級」成車庫房型，我們也接受。車庫房果然好許多，是樓中樓的格局，一樓車庫、二樓客廳+浴室、三樓客房。衛生我就不多說了，牆壁和浴缸都可以看到污垢。可怕的是一樓車庫有個對外的門竟然沒辦法鎖，二樓客廳都鎖也不牢靠，只能把三樓臥室的門鎖上然後整個晚上只能祈禱不會有人進來。 然後房間內的線路也是接的很奇怪，臥室牆上有個燈怎麼樣也找不到開關，三樓的電燈開關還連動到二樓廁所，超詭異。最後勉強在強光下睡覺，或許是旅館貼心別讓客人睡太熟，萬一發生意外比較快清醒嗎？ 總之是很獵奇的經驗，早上起床趕緊退房一分鐘都不想多待，想來的人千萬三思。
