After spending 6 weeks in Taiwan this was the most expensive and at the same time disappointing accommodation we have stayed at. The pictures provided on the website have nothing to do with the actual room. The place is run down and filthy, pieces of wall paint hanging down from the ceiling, even the elevator button was so filthy I didn't want to touch it. There were no shower towels provided, so you dry your face and your feet with the same tiny towel. There was coffee, tea and water promised, but none of that was provided. Furthermore the personal was totally indiscrete, texting personal questions or at most times non present. Read moreThere’s a reason why I couldn’t find any photo of their washroom online. It looked moldy, old, and filthy. There was only one small towel provided for each person, no bath towels. This was not informed when I booked the room months ahead, but literally on the day we’re checking in. Also, they requested me to pay everything in cash on the same day as well, which was not stated anywhere online or informed when I booked the room. They don’t even have a sign for their motel. Read moreDefinitely a 5-star hotel (with limitations). Their interior are superb and the location is commendable. It is very cozy inside the room and it is quiet. It is affordable but it does not feel like youre being ripped off. They also have a heated shower and the aircons work very well. The only problem I encountered was the lack of towels.
