Review:
Pros: Lounge Area: Level 1 offers a cozy lounge with complimentary beverages and snacks, except for beer, available 24/7. Room Upgrade: Enjoyed an automatic upgrade to a lake view room. International Power Points: No need to carry travel adapters as international power points are provided. Complimentary Snacks and Drinks: In-room snacks, along with 2 mineral bottles and 2 sparkling waters, are complimentary. Smart Bidet: Toilets are equipped with smart bidet features. Hairdryer and Toiletries: Hairdryer and premium toiletries are provided. Uber Eats: Conveniently order food via Uber Eats. Spacious Accommodation: Comfortably accommodates two people with ample space, even with a 28-inch luggage opened up. Exclusive Feel: Each level comprises only 6 units, providing an exclusive atmosphere.
Cons: Lack of Noise Cancellation: Minimal noise cancellation; neighboring conversations and housekeeping activities audible, especially in the morning. Lift Security: No security required before 23:00 in the lift, offering convenience but compromising on security. Shower Curtain Placement: Shower curtains placed outside the bathroom instead of inside, not clearly depicted in official photos.
Overall Impression: The hotel offers a luxurious and exclusive experience with its complimentary amenities, upgraded rooms, and convenient location. However, improvements in noise cancellation, lift security, and clarity regarding shower curtain placement could enhance the overall guest experience. Additionally, providing shuttle bus services to nearby attractions would be beneficial, especially for guests with...
Read moreGem of a hotel, ~25 minutes from the international airport to the hotel door, going via the MRT (Station A17, Linghang) at a cost of TW$ 20 each way. There is a manned ticket office for the MRT at both the airport terminals (A12/13) and at A17 so easy to buy tickets, you can get money from ATMs in the airport concourse (I found a credit card worked easier than a debit card for cash)
The area is very quiet, bordering a park with a lake and a calligraphy museum. Some cafes (see the cake above) and restaurants for food.
The staff are very friendly and helpful, they all spoke English, and I suspect a range of other European languages.
The bed was fantastic with large soft pillows and the bathroom was brilliant with a drench shower and a Japanese style toilet with all the amenities.
There is no formal breakfast but coffee, tea, juice, soft drinks and cookies are available free of charge.
The hotel is clean, quiet and comfortable, I only wish we could have...

Clean well equipped room, comfortable air conditioning/heating, very new facilities. There is a pantry where there is coffee, drinks, snacks, we enjoyed our time there to play games chat and eat as a family. It’s opposite a nice park and a lake and 7/11 is 2mins away!
