Very good value for the money! Perfect location! Basic rooms but good enough with towels, slippers, tv. Shared bathrooms were always free to use and there was shampoo and body wash provided. Note that there is no parking.

we had trouble with the check-in procedure (partly because we booked spontaneously an hour before check-in time). after 3pm check-in is possible, you need to go 2 doors left (towards family mart) to the hot pot place and ask the owner/manager about check-in.

Negative: After completing the booking online the hostel sent some pretty complicated automatic messages, saying to call them (no answer) to confirm and pay deposit. Turns out, all of that wasn't even necessary in the end. it's confusing and even more when one needs to translate loooooooooong messages to english and then can't even follow those instructions because phone is not picked up.
