Serene Villa Phuket — Hotel in Chalong

I loved staying at Serene. The room was basic but had everything we needed: spacious wardrobe with plenty of hangers, air con, clean and comfortable bed and enough towels for my partner and I.

If you are staying in The Soi, this is a great option. Loads of gyms and restaurants within walking distance.

The ladies running the apartments were really lovely and made us feel welcome. They did our laundry for a small fee which was extremely useful for us. Everything was given back folded and smelling fresh.

I think the room rates were very reasonable and I would highly recommend staying here for...

the hosts are very lovely people! They always greet you with a smile and habe very positive vibes. The room is small but gave me eberything I needed during my stay and gets cleaned 6 times a week. The place is just off Soi Ta-ied and is located closely to all kinds of gyms, food and massage parlors. It was a very nice stay in Phuket for about 2.5 months!

Vorsicht, geht hier nicht hin! Schreckliche Erfahrung gemacht...

Onlinebilder trügen, Anlage ist sehr alt und verkommen. Pool nahezu nicht nutzbar.

Das Zimmer ist klein, selbst für thailändische Verhältnisse sehr schmutzig (am ersten Abend krabbelt eine Spinne unter meiner Decke hervor..) Das Bett steinhart (Matratze liegt auf Holzbrettern auf. Und ich bin normal echt nicht empfindlich)

Das Beste was dann, als die komplette Nacht und am Morgen das Wasser nicht mehr funktionierte..nichtmal die Spülung auf der Toilette.

Als ich dann morgens die Unterkunft 2 Nächte früher verließ, wurde mir trotz der Umstände nicht mal ein Teil der Kosten erstattet...unglaublich.

Die Anlage sollte geschlossen...
