My recent stay at this hotel was generally positive, though it began with an unexpected hiccup. Upon arrival at 12 PM, intending to utilize my early check-in, I found that I was unable to check in due to a power outage. This was a bit frustrating, but I appreciated that the early check-in charge was waived as a result. I was able to return and complete the check-in process smoothly at 3 PM.
My room, located on the 4th floor, was a highlight. It was impressively large, clean, and bright, providing a very comfortable space. However, it was quite hard to get the water temperature of the showers right. The hotel also thoughtfully provided two 500ml bottles of water daily, which was a nice touch. The Wi-Fi connectivity was decent for the most part, though I did experience some occasional slowdowns.
Another perk was the free breakfast, which was included with the stay, although the food itself was nothing special.
The check-out process was as smooth as the eventual check-in, completed promptly at 12 PM. Overall, despite the initial power issue, the spacious and clean room (and the slight challenge with the shower), coupled with the convenient services and included breakfast, made for a...
Read more-This place was our best hotel experience out of most of the main cities we visited in Thailand -Short walking distance to touristy Nimman area and more local Santitham neighbourhood -Not too much noise even though you’re next to the Super Highway -Exceptional customer service with the majority of staff speaking and understanding a decent amount of English -Staff were always willing to help us with every problem or query -Our room was cleaned every day. Reception staff and cleaning staff communicated with one another when we left the room. -There was a short, planned power outage on our second day which wasnt a problem. The staff tried to give us some chocolates as an apology. -We ended up adding on a couple more nights here. -Breakfast was included but full buffet range wasnt available every day as the hotel seemed quiet. Quality of the food was okay. -Would choose Prime Square again if we return...
Read moreWe booked a 3 day stay at the hotel an extended our stay for 3 more days. It's a new clean, well maintained hotel. The bed is good, the linens are clean. The fitness center is rather poor. Actually you will find 2 different electric machines, like running machine and the second one. The dumbbells are to light for the regular training. And that's it. The pool with salt water is small, but you definitely can use it to do a few pools back and forth. Breakfast is very basic. I mean very basic. If there are not many guests in the hotel, breakfast will be even more basic. They bring you menu and you can order an omelette or something else from the list, but buffet will just poor. So don't count much on the breakfast. But if breakfast and a fitness room are not an issue, you will enjoy the stay...
