For a 3⭐️ hotel, this gets 4 stars. While websites listed as low as $33 a night, I ended up paying $46 each for 4 nights - They had disclaimers that this was the last few rooms. This hotel is clearly popular and I can see why. For the amount you're paying, the greatest value is truly space. With a queen size bed, your room is almost double of the space you have containing your bed, almost like a mini apartment. Main plus is service. Every day, 2 cleaning staff comes in to clean your room. They even help me with my strewn cloth🥴🥴🥴, and once when I panicked for a lost shirt, she came in and found it in the toilet. Truly remarkable and polite cleaning staff. A nice pool as well, nothing too fancy but good enough to laze the day away. Also have a gym and a play room (table tennis table) Some things I didn't like. Lights were very dim. They rely on natural lighting when curtain is pulled away. But the light in the room is very yellow, so its very dim. Also, I do detest the fact that check out is 11:00AM and check in is 3:00PM. Honestly a huge factor of consideration if you land early in Bangkok and want to check in early. Wifi is also fairly weak. TLDR, Pros : Great amenities, Spacious, Cleaning service Cons : Lighting, location, check in/check out timings, unreliable wifi

Not worth the price! For 900$ baht a night you can easily find somewhere better. 1. You need a cash deposit of 1000$ baht upon arrival, they don’t accept credit cards and it wasn’t visible at all (we booked through agoda and it’s written on a seperate page & not visible unless you dig into T&Cs. 2. We suspect the presence of bed bugs! Partner and I got a few bites throughout the two nights we were staying. We barely go out as we had pretty bad sun burn. 3. Super drying aircon! The aircon was an older model, in order to cool down the place it completely dehumidified the room. We’ve stayed in a few other hotels in Thailand so know that’s not norm. 4. Pretty old school looking, can use a renovation. Giving two stars as the location is good and we enjoyed the street food market which is within walking distance. We found a few front desk receptionists not particularly friendly.

Huge rooms! They were clean and functional. My bedsheets and towels were very clean and smelled lovely. There’s a TV, fridge and kettle in the room as well as complimentary water, instant coffee and shower gels. Staff is friendly, checking in and out was smooth. The pool was great, very clean, not too much chlorine inside, never crowded. The gym was huge and very well equipped. Only downside: only open from 9am-9pm. During my stay there was unfortunately some construction going on within the building and in close proximity of the building. It always started around 8am which led me to some sleep deprivation. Other than that: recommended to stay here!

I’m writing this review even though I’m still here, just to give a heads-up to everyone considering this hotel. I’ve stayed at many different hotels, and this is the first time I've experienced something like this. It has been the worst experience for me, my 2-year-old child, and my husband.

We are being charged 5,000 baht because housekeeping reported a stain on our bed, claiming it is urine from our child. We explained that it is not; it’s milk, and I even confirmed with the receptionist that there is dried milk powder. What parent would allow their child to pee recklessly in a hotel? We avoid that even at home.

There is a mattress protector, and the milk didn’t even penetrate it. I would have understood if they charged us for extreme laundry or something similar.

They are incompetent. They don’t even want to clean simple stains and instead charge their guests unreasonable amounts. Perhaps they are too lazy to do laundry for minor stains. The cleanliness of the sheets is questionable, as they seem to charge everyone without properly maintaining them. The sheets are old, and I was told they would sell them to us for 5,000 baht because no guest would want to use them again. I have no idea how many times these sheets have been used or how long they’ve been in service. They simply need to be laundered like any other hotel would do.

They did not change our sheets, even though it was part of our request before we left for a tour, leaving us to sleep through the night with dried milk on our fitted sheet and comforter. This hotel is not child-friendly. We felt discriminated against, just because we have a child, they reported it as urine and charged us unreasonably. The receptionist repeatedly insisted it was urine, but when he zoomed in on the photo he had, he realized it was not. He made me feel like I was lying, claiming their housekeeper can identify stains on sheets.

I’m not sure how this will be resolved tomorrow. If you want to avoid problems, do not book this hotel.

I’m certain they don’t care about their reputation or these Google reviews. I’m just concerned that this could happen to other guests planning to stay here.

I should be excited for our tour tomorrow. I love Thailand, and this is my second visit to the country, but this experience has ruined our mood. I will never stay at this hotel again. Please make it a habit to read all reviews before booking.

P.S. They charge a 1,000...

We had one night in Bangkok before heading to Chiang Mai, so we booked this as it looked like it had a night market nearby and it was roughly between the two airports. We were flying into one and out of the other.||||Our visit got off to a bad start when the transfer I had paid for via the hotel wasn't there to meet us. We paid considerably more for this than I a taxi would have cost, but we wanted the convenience since we were arriving at night and were not staying in Bangkok long. After wandering around the airport trying to find assistance and pick up a wifi signal we eventually found an A5 size scrap of paper taped to a pole with our names on (more by luck than anything). We were there a while before a girl showed up and after a wait we were pointed in the direction of a taxi, who wasn't quite sure where the hotel was. We felt ripped off. We could have grabbed a taxi with a driver who didn't know the hotel for ourselves on arrival; it would have been quicker and a lot cheaper.||||It didn't get better once we got to the hotel. The staff were ok but failed to understand why I wasn't happy to leave a cash deposit with them for the room when I was paying by credit card and the deposit would have wiped out all the cash we had on us. They ended up taking our passports instead, which caused us a major problem the next day when we were stopped at a checkpoint.||||The room was basic, not particularly clean or well maintained. The air con had been left off so the room was sweltering. I took photos of the marks on the bedding and walls on arrival as they state that any marks will cause the loss of deposit on check out..... If you stay here be careful and cover yourself. I believe this is why they take a cash deposit rather than credit card as you would be able to do a chargeback with a card.||||Our stay here was not pleasant and to be honest, Bangkok was not a pleasant experience. I'll stick with northern and southern Thailand in future. The only reason it got a 2* rather than a 1* is the pool and proximity...
