Decided to go here after reading the amazing reviews. Should have read the other 1 star reviews here before going, my mistake
Reached here at 8.40pm on saturday night and this place is empty. Not a single customer(that should have been my first clue). Just three employees were happily chitchatting. Had to call them multiple times from outside to get their attention They made me take off my sneakers and change into their slip on sandals at the entrance. I wanted to get a 1 hour foot massage and was quoted 450 or 500 bhat by one of the girls in uniform. During the process of payment, asked how much a 1.5-hour massage is(since my feet were aching and wanted a longer massage) and the 2nd girl employee starts to frantically search through their menu for the pricing. How come they dont know their own prices!?? And all three of them can hardly speak basic english so im using google translate here to communicate. Then the uniformed 1st girl comes back and says massge is not possible as she has an appointment coming in 10 mins and asks me to leave. I mean if it wasnt possible why make me come in, switch shoes and settle my stuff in. Didnt they know this before wasting my time and asking me to pay??! And there were still other 2 employees right who could have done the massage?? (I didnt have the energy then to fiddle around google translate to ask them this) but Im really bewildered by their behaviour.
This place is really a joke.Makes me wonder if the 5star reviews are fake/bought or people are misguided because of the mango rice gimmick. Save yourself the trouble and go to Relax house which is 100m away. The prices are half (350 bht for 2 hours of foot massage!!) and the service is outstanding. Really one of the best massage I have had in...
Read moreStumbled upon this while browsing through massages on Google maps, intended for a post-massage session after an insane trip to Jodd Fairs which was within walking distance.
A fair expectation I would say on the service, environment and massage. Overall Yuko was very friendly and hospitable, her desserts are impeccable.
Prices are abit steep if you're picky on the deco etc.. while it ain't anything luxurious but it's super comfortable and relaxing.
Spent about rm1300thb for a 1 hour and 30 mins foot, back, shoulder massage. Almost a full body experience, expect to remove your top and pants and you will be escorted to the first floor. Yuko has two shops, main one being more like a reception introductory experience, 2nd shop is where the massage happens just opposite the narrow road.
Only qualm I had was the wait took a while for a group of 3 of us, we were the last ones as we did a walk-in at 8pm and they were seen quite frantic preparing everything.
In short, drop by and give it a try if you are ever in Bangkok....
Read moreWe stopped at a nearby hotel and decided to visit Yuko Spa due to its excellent reputation. I went with two friends and was lucky to receive a Japanese-style massage from Mrs. Yuko herself. It was an amazing experience! Mrs. Yuko used hot compresses during the massage, and her hands moved with the precision and rhythm of a professional piano player. The repetitive yet soothing touches led to complete relaxation within the 90 minutes I booked. The massage is a bit more expensive than in most spas, but it’s absolutely worth it. After the session, I felt so relaxed that I had to take some time to gather myself before even starting to move. My friends also had a great experience. One of them opted for a classic Thai-style massage, performed by a male therapist with numerous certifications. He was very happy with the results. If you’re looking for a place to unwind and experience full-body relaxation, I highly recommend Yuko Spa. I hope to visit again the next time...
