Roseate Ratchada Hotel — Hotel in Din Daeng Subdistrict

We’ve stayed on three separate occasions at Roseate when coming to Bangkok and like it for serval reasons: Quiet location (no road noise) Free car parking (limited spaces though) Easy to drive to by car (near Rama 9 Exit of Sirat toll road) 10 Mins walk to Fortune Town & Central Shopping malls Free Tuk Tuk shuttle service to the MRT, leaving every 15 mins or so. Good size rooms: a bit old, but clean and comfortable. Room rates is 900B per night (even less online) Friendly staff

There are a few things that could be better, such as larger refrigerators with a freezer (they have the Hotel minibar type instead). The beds could be a bit softer and the number of power outlets is limited to charge multiple devices at once. WiFi is a bit hit and miss, depending on the location of the nearest router and the time of day (It does slow down in the evenings)

For an average of ~750B per night (Agoda) there's really nothing bad to say about our experience at Roseate. We will continue to use this hotel as a base whenever we come to Bangkok, park the car, and take the MRT & BTS to the...

Avoid this hotel! It's horrible and disgusting.

Extremely dirty toilet, when I got into the hotel I noticed that the toilet bowl was not even flushed. Which made me highly suspicious if housekeeping even bothered to do any basic cleaning.

How unsanitary and unprofessional is this hotel? Its so dirty and vile. Nobody is deserving to enter a hotel room for it to be this gross.

Also why is the hotel receptionist so rude? And incompetent? I thought it was basic introductory for the receptionist to inform guest about the WiFi password. But no, I had to guess and ask and they got annoyed at me for asking.

The bed is also extremely uncomfortable and it's not even a mattress. The bed was just a foam that's not even 1 inch thick. It's so uncomfortable and it was a torture to sleep.

This hotel is an absolute nightmare, there's so much construction going on and the interiors just look very outdated. Nothing like the photos... no one deserves to stay here, even if you're on a budget holiday.

I booked this hotel online. And i couldn't sleep well that there was construction on 7th floor, so much drilling and hammering. They only informed about it in the elevator so I didn't know there would be construction in the hotel. If I knew, I wouldn't choose this hotel. They should have informed it online as well to prevent any inconvenience of potential customers. And they didn't inform that TukTuk service would be out of service as well. And it is a bit far from the downtown of BKK so you have to take Grab all the time. And the hotel is quite old compared to other hotels you can choose with same or similar price.
