Been coming here regularly for several years, and getting only Thai massage. Ive had my best and worst massage of my life here. They acquired many shops on the whole floor, got many therapists so you get a different one each time.

First of all, its 160baht/h so, you cant complain really.

From 1 - 10 times, the types of massages Ive gotten: 1/10 its possible to get an absolutely amazing one(thats the one that keeps you coming back) 3/10 not too bad not too good one 5/10 therapist doesnt know what theyre doing, fondling you and reluctantly poking you for an hour, leaving you more frustrated than relaxed 1/10 theyre actually hurting you

Overall many therapists dont have enough training, feels like they let them work after a 2day workshop. The point is to be careful because it could be dangerous(couple of times they tried massaging my stomach… seriously??), theyre far from chiropractors so dont let them twist your neck or lumbar!

My advice is if you like the massage and feel like the therapist knows their craft, ask their name and ask for...

My fiancée asked for Thai massage but when ready for massage, the masseuse repeatedly asked if she wanted oil massage. My fiancée told her "no, Thai massage only", but masseuse unbelievably started using oil. As this was first time my fiancée had tried a Thai massage she thought the oil used was part of that procedure. When I complained about this the male money man(!) insisted that payment had to be made for oil massage. I contacted the tourist police, but they were not able to help much. It then transpired that if I had gone to the police station to lodge a report, it would have cost more than the difference I had offered to pay for the massage, so I very reluctantly paid the amount asked. Their loss, because we would have used their services on further occasions, but obviously after this con we will not be going back there...

It should be customary to ask if a woman is comfortable with a male massage therapist. I was brought to the massage bed by a female receptionist and wasn’t told about having a male masseur. I only found out halfway as initially the person was female but then in the middle of the massage (after the masseuse left to grab some oil) I didn’t realize that it’s a male — did they swap or not I don’t know. I only realized 30 mins into the massage as it was dark and the masseur did not greet me nor say a word and when I first looked at them at the start I could’ve sworn I saw a female therapist.
