WARNING As many other reviews have mentioned that the rooms are not insulated at all, this hotel is VERY NOISY as it is located very close to a busy road. When scooters and cars have their engines accelerated strongly, the sound of acceleration goes through the walls as if the walls were not there. When I reserved the room through Booking app, I requested a quiet room. However, what I got was definitely NOT a quiet room. To add to the noise of the road, every morning at 8:00 AM there was an engine going on in the back of the hotel making noise to produce something.
The night I arrived at the hotel, the employee of the hotel requested that I paid ahead of time the entire stay. I have traveled a lot in my life, and such request had never happened before. However, I understood why she was requesting the payment ahead of time. She knew I was not going to like the noisy room. I HAD EAR PLUGHS IN MY EARS, AND I SLEPT WITH A PILLOW ON MY EARS SO THAT I COULD TRY TO SLEEP. UNFORTUNATELY, WHEN A CAR OR A SCOOTER HAD THEIR ENGINES ACCELERATED, I HEARD THEM ANYWAY. THEN, I WAS AWAKEN. So, the employee wanted the money ahead of time because she knew I could leave the hotel at any time.
The hotel does stink once a while as I believe that the smell comes from a very large sewer pipe in the neighborhood that I saw.
In my opinion, the ecofriendly advertising is to hide the stinginess of the owners. When I requested two extra sheets so that my son and I could cover ourselves in different sheets because the blanket was too hot and no blanket at all was too cold, I was told that they did not have extra sheets, but after I explained the situation, I was given the sheets.
The employees in general were nice except the lady at the first night, but I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND THE HOTEL TO SOMEONE, WHO IS A LIGHT SLEEPER AS I AM.
If you lay down and sleep no matter what goes around; then, that is the...

This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I have ever had. From the moment we checked in, issues piled up, making our stay incredibly uncomfortable and frustrating.
The hotel's location near Ratchada Road meant constant car noise throughout the night, making it almost impossible to get any rest. Adding to the sleep deprivation, the room was infested with mosquitoes, which bit us relentlessly despite our efforts to ward them off. Given the unbearable conditions, we called reception late at night to inquire about canceling our second night. The employee's attitude and lack of service mind were appalling. Instead of offering an apology or understanding, they insist on telling us to contact Agoda first, as we had booked through their platform. Following their instructions, Agoda contacted the hotel on our behalf to facilitate the cancellation and refund. However, the hotel refused to issue a refund, claiming we had already checked in. This is completely unreasonable, how are guests supposed to know how terrible a hotel is before experiencing it? Our desire to cancel was directly a result of their substandard conditions. To make matters worse, the reception promised to contact a manager and call us back the following morning regarding our concerns, but they never followed up. This complete lack of communication and disregard for our distress left us with no choice but to endure a second night in an insufferable environment.
I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere. Save yourself the discomfort, frustration, and...
Read moreI stayed at Wizpark Hotel recently and overall it was a good experience. The room turned out to be much bigger than I thought, decorated in white and cream tones that give a cozy, a bit homy feel, with a small Japanese vibe. The bed was soft and comfy, but the pillows felt too flat for me 🥲 so my neck wasn’t perfect the next morning. Since the room is so big, the air-con needed some time before it really cooled down, but after that it was fine. Staff were friendly too. I arrived while they were in a meeting, but they still smiled and welcomed me right away.
Another thing I liked is the eco concept. They have water refill stations on every floor, which is really practical and also helps cut down plastic. Small detail but it made me feel good about the place. Like they think about sustainability.
The highlight for me though is the garden in the middle. It feels like a little Japanese-style oasis lots of green trees, wooden decks, stone paths. In the day it’s peaceful and refreshing, at night the lighting make it look magical. Too bad it rained when I was there, so I couldn’t sit and enjoy it properly. 😔
All in all, Wizpark is a small local hotel with a nice atmosphere and location that’s not too far from MRT and malls. Only downside is not many food options nearby. Still, I’d be happy to stay again next time....
