Haidilao Hotpot (Central Rama9) 海底捞 拉玛九店 — Restaurant in Huai Khwang Subdistrict

We had dinner at Haidilao Rama 9 branch for our wedding anniversary. But we didn't tell the manager because we needed privacy and we trust in their service that this meal won't go in bad way. The good part is only the food taste that be good in their standard. At first , the waiter did't inform anything about how to order or ask me that I came here for the first time or not and did't tell us about promotion . Because when I went to other branches , they asked me every time. And after we ordered soup, I asked about promotion which announce at the restaurant front. the staff told us that we cannot order promotion set menu at that time because they had done the soup that we ordered before already and they cannot fix this problem for us.So we're a little dissappointed and understood that it was our mistake. and we ordered as usual But the worst part is our orders were missed and we had waited for a long time over 30 minutes and it wasn't accordingly to the thing that they told us before that they had done the soup. the waiter told us that it was the system error. And the food was served to the wrong table and we had eaten only pork and duck intestine for over 15 minutes,and she can do only apologize. The staff came to our table and press our table's ipad every 5 minutes over 5 times for hurry up the food that make us cannot talk to each other and did't have our privacy time. The belly pork was 90% fat. A staff took my husband's glass for refilling water by not asking what the drink was , my husband hoped that he already knew but he came back with the wrong drink. After that the things that staff did for us was serving ice cream that it was usually free. We felt annoyed because that day was our special occasion and all the things went in bad ways. Great hotpot, I’ve dined here countless times in the past 3 years. But their tricky promotions never fail to amaze me. They always have a lot of promotions and deals, but there’s always a catch. The staff usually provide pretty good service but they never tell you the full details of the promotions. I’m writing about my bad experience right now, knowing full well that I’ll be eating at this shop again at least once a month. 😭😭

Firstly, you can choose only 1 type out of all the many available promotions, including using the voucher coupons that you might’ve acquired from wherever, which isn’t really an issue. So the last tricky promotion I experienced was, I contacted them on Line and asked for what promotions they currently have, they informed me about what they have and 1 promotion caught my eye which was the 31% off for students. I asked again if I can just show my student card and get 31% off, all they answered was “Yes”. When we arrived and asked about promos again, the staff at the shop also told us several of what they currently have and about the 31% off thing again so we chose the 31% off one. After we finished eating and asked to pay the bill, we noticed we were getting the discount of less than 20% off. Turns out NOBODY MENTIONED the promotion discount does not include fried things, drinks, sauces, appetisers and such. It discounts only the hotpot soup itself and the normal hotpot ingredients and raw vegetables. They clearly advertise it as simply “31% Off for students”, this is all they say when you ask them before you eat or when you inquire before you go. You’ll only find out once you pay the bill. There have been several instances like this in the past with other types of promotions, yet I still haven’t stop going there every once in a while so it’s safe to say I’ll probably be back there again. ไปกับครอบครัวรวม 10 คน(ผู้ใหญ่) ฉลองวันแม่ย้อนหลังหนึ่งวัน จองคิวไว้ 10 โมงครึ่งวันเสาร์ที่ 13 สิงหา ไปถึง 10 โมงกว่ากว่ารอโต๊ะอยู่สักพักระหว่างรอก็เดินหยิบน้ำดื่มฐานที่หน้าร้านและนั่งที่โต๊ะเก้าอี้ที่ทางร้านเตรียมไว้ให้ พอได้โต๊ะทางร้านแบ่งเป็นสองโต๊ะนั่งคนละฝั่งกัน ฝั่งละห้าคน เลยแยกกันสั่ง พนักงานดูแลประจำโต๊ะเป็นผู้ชายน่ารักมากให้ข้อมูลดีดูแลดีและสุภาพมาก มาถึงหยิบหมอนให้ผู้สูงอายุสองคนทันที มีเอาดอกมะลิเข็มกลัดมาให้คุณแม่อวยพรวันแม่ย้อนหลังให้ด้วย 😊 อธิบายโดยละเอียดพอรู้ว่าทางเราไม่เคยมาลองทาน แนะนำน้ำซุปและวิธีการทานอย่างดีและละเอียด ที่ร้านจะมีบาร์ให้ตักน้ำจิ้มและผลไม้รวมถึงขนมหวานวางอยู่ในเคาน์เตอร์เดียวกัน วิธีจัดเรียงจะงงงงนิดนึง สำหรับคนไม่เคยไปทาน เพราะขนมหวานตั้งอยู่มุมซ้ายขวาและชื่อก็ไม่ตรงกับของที่อยู่ในหม้ออีกต่างหาก 😅 ของที่ให้ตัก เท่าที่จำได้มีหมูรวน ซอสงาน้ำจิ้มสุกี้ซอสปรุงรสหลายหลายแบบพริกกระเทียมมะนาวและอื่นๆอีกหลายอย่างที่ดูแล้วงงงง รวมถึงเกลือพริกไทยแบบจีน ผลไม้ก็มีแคนตาลูปไทยแก้วมังกรแตงโม น้ำซุปที่โต๊ะเราสั่งวันนี้ 4 แบบ มีน้ำซุปหมาล่า เล้งกระดูกหมู สามสหาย ที่รสชาติเหมือนเครื่องยาจีน มีเกากี่ สว.โต๊ะเราชอบอันนี้ที่สุด และซุปมะเขือเทศที่เขาว่าทำจากมะเขือเทศสดรสชาติก็ค่อนข้างเข้มข้นอยู่ เล้งกระดูกหมูไม่แสบออกน้ำเปรี้ยวและเผ็ดนิดหน่อยไม่ได้พิเศษอะไร ส่วนน้ำซุปหมาล่าพนักงานแจ้งว่าไม่ควรซด เพราะอาจจะทำให้แสบลำคอ ใช้ต้มของน่าจะดีกว่า แต่ทางเราลองทานแล้วคิดว่ารสชาติก็พอใช้ได้ แต่ก็ต้องไล่น้ำมันออกเยอะพอสมควร เพราะน้ำมันลอยเกลื่อนเลย โดยรวมเนื้อหมูที่ร้านค่อนข้างธรรมดา สไลด์เป็นแผ่นบางใส่ในน้ำซุป ไม่ได้พิเศษอะไร ที่พิเศษมากคือลูกชิ้นแต่ละชนิดค่อนข้างทำมาดี และอร่อยเลย เนื้อแน่นคุณภาพ ยำอะไรก็ไม่รู้ที่ลองสั่งมาไม่ได้พิเศษรสชาติแปลกแปลกเหมือนสไตล์จีนๆ ไม่มีรสอะไรพิเศษ ออกจากมันเกินนน ด้วยซ้ำ ฟองเต้าหู้ทอดเป็นอีกหนึ่งจานที่พวกเราชอบ มาเสิร์ฟหลังสุดค่อนข้างช้าแต่พอลงดิ๊บในน้ำแปบนคง ตามคำแนะนำแล้วทานอร่อยใช้ได้เลย ไฮไลท์อีกตัวคือหมีนุ่มกังฟูที่จะมีพนักงานมาโชว์ลีลาการยืดเส้นบะหมี่อย่างเมามันส์ และทุกโต๊ะเหมือนจะสั่งกันหมดเพื่อรอถ่ายรูป 😅 เนื้อบะหมี่ก็อร่อยนะนุ่มกำลังดีหลังจากต้มได้ประมาณ 3 นาทีตามคำแนะนำ ทางร้านมีแนะนำว่าจะเลือกน้ำซุปสองช่องหรือแบบสี่ช่องก็ได้ แต่แบบสองช่องจะแพงกว่าเพราะปริมาณน้ำซุปเยอะกว่าจึงแนะนำแบบสี่ช่องแทน และเราสามารถสั่งน้ำเปล่าซึ่งไม่คิดเงินแทนน้ำซุปบางช่องก็ได้ด้วย ซึ่งหลังจากที่ได้ทดลองทานไปรอบหนึ่งแล้วก็คิดว่าการสั่งน้ำเปล่ามา และไปตักจากเคาน์เตอร์เครื่องปรุงที่มีทั้งหมูรวน และซอสปรุงรสต่างๆก็น่าจะปรับทำน้ำซุปได้เองหนึ่งถึงสองช่องด้วยซ้ำ แต่ทางเราไม่ได้ทดลองวันที่ไป

ยังมีซุปให้เลือกอีกหลายชนิด แต่พวกเราสั่งสามตัวที่ร้านว่าเป็นไฮไลท์ไปแล้วตัวอื่นเลยคิดว่าน่าจะเฉยเฉย

โดยรวมคือประทับใจกับบริการและพนักงาน อาหารบางอย่างออกมาช้าถึงช้ามากแต่พนักงานน่ารักทางเราก็ไม่ได้อะไร รอกันไป โต๊ะเต็มทุกโต๊ะ จะไปร้านนี้ต้องจองล่วงหน้าเพื่อเช็คว่ารอคิวที่จะมาเต็มหรือยังก่อนด้วยและต้องมาถึง 10 นาทีก่อนเวลานัดไม่งั้นจะถูกเทิร์นดาวน์โต๊ะไปได้ หลังจากทานเสร็จก็มาทานไอติมหรือขนมที่หน้าร้านต่อได้อีกด้วย ที่ร้านมีที่ปริ้นรูปซึ่งสามารถเลือกรูปจากในมือถือได้เลยแต่เป็นขณะที่ฟิกดังนั้นตัวลูกก็ต้องเลือกกันนิดนึงให้มีขนาดพอดี วิธีการก็ง่ายมาก แค่ยิงคิวอาร์โค้ดตัวขวามือจะพาไปหน้าลิ้งค์ Facebook กดที่ลิงในโพสต์และเลือกปริ้นติ้ง เลือกรูปจากมือถือใส่รหัสที่หน้าจอทีละรูป/เครื่อง และกดสั่งได้เลยใช้เวลาไม่นาน 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 ตอนที่ออกจากร้านสเตชั่นทำเล็บคิวไปถึง 16 คนแล้วเราไม่ได้จองและไม่มีเวลาทำกัน ทดลองนั่งเก้าอี้นวดแอบไม่รู้สึกว่าสบาย แต่ยังไม่ได้ทดลองกดเล่นเครื่อง มีอยู่ตัวเดียวแหละไม่รู้หนังมาแล้วกี่คนเค้าแอบกังวลนิดนึงตอนทดลองนั่งดู 😅

สรุปถือว่าเป็นประสบการณ์ที่ใช้ได้กับการบริการที่ได้ยินชื่อมา ส่วนอาหารก็ไม่ได้พิเศษที่สุด บางอย่างอร่อย บางอย่างเฉยเฉย และบางอย่างก็มีไม่อร่อย ใครยังไม่ลองขอลองสักครั้งเพื่อดูว่าจะถูกจริตกันอย่างไรบ้าง 😁
