We picked this hotel coz of nice photos in the instagram. ||||It's raining when we arrived. There is none of staff aware of us. I walked up to reception and saw both are playing their mobiles at the sofa in the lobby. No welcome atmosphere at all. I decided not to take any breakfast.They tried to trick us with head count and price for room only...ridiculous!||||Once I signed and paid then she gave us key cards and inform by point out " yours rooms are on the second floor walk this way" then they walk got back to theor office.....||||Informed nothing about facilities, opening hours, offering umbrella or gelp for luggage, etc....||||We used our own umbrellas and carried all stuffs, pass the reception and walk to a dark corridor-no light then we have to open our torch light from our mobile...||||||I am biased since having a poor welcome and untrained employees like those. We booked this hotel for our visit to Erawan Waterfalls National Park (about a 1hr 15min drive, 72 kilometers/45 miles). It was lovely and very close to good cafes like Tongkan Cafe and Davenport Cafe. We opted for breakfast service which was delicious. Saturday is the only day they offer buffet; they offer a menu selection on all other days. Staff very friendly and accommodating. They helped us reserve our taxi to the waterfalls, who waited for us to enjoy our hike then take us back to the hotel when ready. A very pleasant experience.
