Where to begin. So we selected the hotel specifically for its location to BKK airport. Before booking a room I called and asked if they had a shuttle to the airport to which the lady on the phone said yes and that it was free for guests. Great! my wife booked the hotel and upon arrival we called the hotel and were told that they didn’t offer a shuttle and we would have to take a taxi. This did not sit well with me and I explained that I had confirmed before booking the room that they did indeed have a shuttle for guests and then the lady said that they could arrange for pick up but for 200 bhat ( I suspect a shakedown). Now I know that’s not much money and if that was the only problem, I would have gladly paid it and been on our merry way, however, we had to be back at BKK for an extremely early flight the next day and this did not sit well with me. So my wife and I called agoda the third party we used to book the room to try and get a refund. No such luck. So I called the hotel back and tried to explain the situation only to be told now a pickup and drop off would cost us 500 bhat each way ( shakedown more like extortion). At this point we decided to not go to the hotel and just rough it at the airport for the time remaining before our flight. All this to say this hotel will say anything to get you to book a room. They are or at least the least the lady I talked to is untrustworthy, dishonest, and frankly a scam artist. I would strongly urge any possible guest to look for accommodations elsewhere as you never know what a place like this will cost you in the end if you do stay there. And upon reading the reviews on here from other guests I think we made the right decision. Here’s a big 🖕🏻to the lady that answered the phone, the...

I had reserved the hotel from the 22nd to the 23rd of November. However, my flight arrived early at 1:00 a.m on the 22nd. I took a taxi to the hotel as they were not at the airport despite acknowledging my early arrival and that they will pick me up on the 2nd floor, gate 4. When I arrived at the hotel, the lady was grumpy. She said I was early and that I would be charged 300 baht for early arrival. I said no problem. I paid a total of 1200 baht. 900 baht for one day from the 22nd to 23rd and $300 baht for early check in. The next day, I was told that breakfast was not included. No problem, I paid 150 bahts although it says breakfast included. I regretted as soon as I paid. The breakfast was bad. It would be better to buy from the streets. Since I was jet lagged, I tried to go to sleep but there was a loud noise coming from construction. It was very loud! Drilling and banging. Then I received a call from a very angry woman at the front desk asking me when I will leave the room. I said I paid until the 23rd. She said no, I paid from the 21st to the 22nd! You should get out. I said but the receipt says I paid from the 22nd to the 23rd plus 300 bahts for early check in. She insisted that the previous lady who charged me at the front desk was wrong. 1:00 a.m on the 22nd in Thai is still the 21st because its not day time yet! After this back and forth, she decided to talk to the manager. Then she called me again after just 30 seconds saying the manager said I could stay up to the 23rd. At that point, I just wanted to leave. The location is near the airport, but the attitude of the stuff is terrible. The beds are rock solid. Very uncomfortable....

Well, will start with the good.... Cheap, close to the Airport, has "free" shuttle service back to the Airport, Restaurant on site.... but you will be lucky to get french fries or sliced tomato.... breakfast included option/set A or B... eggs extremely over cooked, Air conditioning ok, and many/most of the photos posted are older and not up to date ?????..... ok that's it. Not a very inviting atmosphere..... Very plain. Can see neglect and lack of care from the Lobby through out. Not being a jerk. I was looking for cheap and close to airport; that was all. Just doing my job here. I was not looking for much and found less. I am ok with my stay. Located off a "back alley road". Very dirty (room, bathroom, furnishings, frig and kitchenette). There is nothing near by (restaurants, shopping, nightlife, etc.). Frig full of frost dirty... wary about even putting my bottle of Coke inside. Bed hard as a box spring. Balcony had nice view of the recycling place. Staff did not seem friendly or help at the beginning. As if they wished to be ANYWHERE else. See how things go on my 3 days here. Paseo Mall is a less than 10 minutes stroll. Good shopping, many coffee places and restaurants, grocery/produce store, specialty shops. A GREAT PLUS. There are 8 to a dozen of small "Airport Transit" Hotels in this little area. Sure the prices are near the same. Took a walk and looked around around 20:00. It is a ok area .... depending on what you are looking for. REALLY did not want to be disappointed or let...

Great Location for quick overnight stay near the airport and within easy walking distance to a great shopping more and night market or 5 minute ride down to a major Robinsons shopping centre with movie theatre . BUT Buyer Beware !!!!Don't follow the reviews on travel booking websites and look at the fancy pictures . This place is cheap for a reason and many of the rooms rented on monthly basis which is a sign they have given up concentrating on being a real hotel ?????? Dirty rooms , Chipped and damaged furniture which have laminate not even glued back on. We stayed 2 nights and had to swap rooms when we woke up to find sewerage water dripping from the floor above with a tissue used to block it that had been there months Polite reception staff on arrival however very sad service when we had to make the room change . They could have done a lot more to help but were mainly annoyed even more so when we pointed out the second room's linen was stained and no one would be expected to sleep in dirty sheets. Make sure you read the note worthy points .

I checked reviews on this hotel before booking and I booked through Agoda. , Agoda double-booked me by defaulting back to a previous booking date and I had to pay a fee at the hotel to change the dates. I can live with that but it was unfortunate and I'm not happy with Agoda's website. My room's air conditioning did not work (staff could not fix it) and I was asked if I wanted to change rooms on the second day but decided it wasn't worth packing all my bags up moving. The booking website said that there was a buffet breakfast but there was not and with what I had, I would suggest don't bother. The price was somewhat lower than other hotels and offered airport transfer but there was a fee of 200 baht for that airport transfer so I took a Bolt car for 100 baht. I guess for the price, it was reasonable but overall I expected better from the hotel based on the reviews and I'll just say I was disappointed.
