Located in The Marriot Hotel. & Not It's own restaurant. Started off great, friendly staff greeting to a big & open restaurant.
•The Big Bite Burger was great!
•Fish burger- was lacking with really soft white meat in the center... not the firm white meat texture expected.
•Crab cakes- Big miss for us! Not sure it if wasn't fresh, or the right type of crab with a really fishy & almost ammoniated taste. It's definitely not an "American style" crab cake.
•Onion rings- crispy and juicy.
•Fried pickles- delicious.
•Corn and avocado salad- a bit lacking in seasoning & flavors.
•Potato salad- a bit different, served hot.
•Drinks were served AFTER the food arrived.
& NO visits or check-up from servers after food was served.
-with a 10% automatic service charge that was charged for less than mediocre service (as well as a 7% tax charge on the total bill)
A disappointing experience for especially being dubbed "American" style...

We sampled all but three of the sides, and they were nearly flawless. The batter on both the pickles and onion rings was light and tasty, with a hint of dill that really elevated the flavors. A quick squeeze of lime on the avocado corn street-style salad corrected the only minor adjustment our palates preferred.
The chili burgers we had were on point. While not the largest, the flame-grilled patty was perfectly cooked, juicy and full of flavor. The other fillings were thoughtfully portioned, creating a beautifully balanced and delicious bite. Honestly, had we not indulged in so many sides, we’d have happily gone for a second.
And to top it off, the craft beers were a surprising highlight. Perfectly chilled and right up my alley. This place hits all the marks for a great...
Read moreFor starters, they’re trying hard but a few minor changes could make all the difference between filling your stomach and an experience. With the grilling setup and pre-packaged, likely frozen patties, I’d suggest a griddle over that flameless grill to add a bit more flavor and help overcome that tightly compressed meat texture. That bun needs a bit of love given that it’s flavorless and dry. Butter them up and throw them on the grill to add a layer of personality. The French fries were just sad. Frozen might be a necessity but add some salt and spices because as they are, they’re simply crunchy water. And finally that milkshake… at least it looked pretty. On par with taking home a solid 8 from the club only to realize it’s barely a 4 when you sober up and the lights are on. From a hotel restaurant, it meets expectations but with a little effort, it might...
