สวัสดีครับทุกคน! เรื่องของเรื่องคือ ไถ TikTok เพลินๆ ดันไปเจอรีวิวร้าน "ครัวเมืองเว้" เห็นอาหารแต่ละอย่างแล้วน้ำลายสอ 🤤 โดยเฉพาะ "พิซซ่าเวียดนาม" หน้าตาคือเชื้อเชิญมาก! พอลองเสิร์ชดู อ้าว! มีสาขาลาดกระบังใกล้บ้านพอดี แบบนี้จะรออะไรล่ะครับ วันนี้มีโอกาสเลยต้องขอแวะไปพิสูจน์ด้วยตัวเองซะหน่อย!

จากลิ้นจระเข้ของผม (ล้อเล่น! 😜 จากรสปากส่วนตัวล้วนๆ นะครับ) ขอบอกว่า...

กุ้งพันอ้อย (ขายเป็นชิ้น): อันนี้ต้องยกนิ้วให้เลย 👍 ชิ้นใหญ่เบิ้ม เนื้อแน่นเด้ง รสชาติอร่อยลงตัว เคี้ยวเพลินมาก!

แหนมเนือง: ส่วนตัวผมแอบเทใจให้ร้าน VT มากกว่านิดนึง แต่ของครัวเมืองเว้ก็ไม่ได้แย่นะครับ น้ำจิ้มเค้าเข้มข้น จัดจ้านดีเลย

ขนมเบื้องญวน: ทำมาได้ดีงามมาก แป้งบางกรอบ ไส้รสชาติดีงาม อร่อยเลยครับจานนี้!

พิซซ่าเวียดนาม: จานที่ตั้งใจมาลอง! หน้าตาสวยงามน่ากินสุดๆ ถ่ายรูปคือปัง! แต่...พอได้ลองชิมจริง ส่วนตัวกลับชอบขนมเบื้องญวนมากกว่าแฮะ 🤔 ด้วยความที่เค้ามีแผ่นเส้นใหญ่วางบนข้าวเกรียบ ทำให้ตัวข้าวเกรียบมันไม่กรอบอย่างที่หวังไว้อ่ะครับ วันที่ผมไปทานนี่แอบเหนียวๆ ด้วยซ้ำ (หรืออาจจะเป็นสูตรของร้านเค้าก็ได้นะ?) แต่ต้องยอมรับว่าเครื่องเค้าให้มาแน่นจัดเต็มจริงๆ!

ไก่ย่างเขาสวนกวาง: รสชาติหมักมาดี ได้มาตรฐานไก่ย่างเขาสวนกวางที่คุ้นเคย อร่อยตามท้องเรื่องครับ

เปาะเปี๊ยะทอด: อร่อยแบบคลาสสิก ทอดมาร้อนๆ กรอบนอกนุ่มใน กินเพลินๆ

ฟองดู: อันนี้ก็ผ่านฉลุย! น้ำซุปหวานกลมกล่อม ซดคล่องคอ อร่อยเลยครับ

ไฮไลท์เด็ด! ✨ ที่ต้องตะโกนบอกคือ "ผัก" ของร้านนี้ครับ! คุณภาพดี สด สะอาดมากกกก (เค้ามีป้ายอธิบายวิธีล้างผักให้สะอาด ปลอดภัยด้วยนะ ใส่ใจสุดๆ!) แถมเติมได้ไม่อั้นอีกต่างหาก! สายผักคือฟินแน่นอน 🥬🥕🥒

สรุปคะแนนตามใจผม: รสชาติอาหาร: 4/5 (โดยรวมอร่อยเลย มีว้าวบ้าง กลางๆ บ้าง ปนกันไป)

บรรยากาศร้าน: 3/5 (สาขาลาดกระบังแอบดูมีอายุไปนิด ถ้า Renovate จะน่านั่งขึ้นเยอะเลย)

บริการ: 5/5 (พนักงานบริการดี รวดเร็ว ยิ้มแย้ม ประทับใจ!)

ที่จอดรถ: 3/5 (มีจำกัดนิดหน่อย อาจจะต้องลุ้นเล็กน้อย)

ราคา: 3.5/5 (ส่วนตัวรู้สึกว่าแอบสูงไปนิด เมื่อเทียบกับวัตถุดิบที่ไม่ได้มีของทะเลอลังการมากนัก มีเนื้อปลา นิดหน่อยในฟองดู)

โดยรวมแล้ว เป็นร้านอาหารเวียดนามที่รสชาติโอเคเลยครับ โดยเฉพาะกุ้งพันอ้อย ของทอดต่างๆ และที่สำคัญคือผักสดที่สดสะอาด เติมได้ไม่อั้นนี่คือเดอะเบสท์!

ใครอยู่แถวลาดกระบัง หรือผ่านมาแถวนี้ แล้วอยากลองอาหารเวียดนาม ไม่ติดเรื่องบรรยากาศร้านมากนัก ก็ลองแวะมาทานกันดูได้นะครับ! 😊

Decent Vietnamese food, but in small portions. Its not a bad value, but I felt like there wasn't enough to eat. I was thrilled to see my favorite items. However, my only disappointment was the crepe. I am allergic to bean sprouts, so I asked to do without. As a result, I ended up with a couple spoons of stuffing. May I have ordered it wrong? However, other dishes were absolutely flavorful and appetizing. For instance, Nam Nuong has a good assortment of ingredients. And the springroll was so crunchy that it cracks audibly when you cut it with your fork. Despite the disappointment, food was served quickly, the staff were extremely polite, and the atmosphere was pleasant. So, a miss is as good as a mile, right ? I am willing to return again...

Menu : Nam Nueng (Pork ball with herb , rice pasty with sauce), Phe, Somtam, Kanom Bueng Yuan (assorted crispy egg crape), Grilled pork with fried sticky rice, etc. Beverages : Water, Soft drinks & beer. Desserts : Ice cream, Sala Loy Kaew. Queuing time : 0 - 10 mins. Waiting time to serve : 5 - 10 mins. Reservation : Recommend for lunch and dinner. Access : 10 mins from Lat Krabang station by taxi. Parking lot : ~ 30 lots
