Phu View Guesthouse — Hotel in Mae Hong Son Province

My friend and I spent 5 nights at Phu View Guesthouse.||The place is very peaceful and the bungalows are good looking from an inside and outside point of view.||However some points could be further enhanced for the benefit of the residents: ||- The owner is parking his car in the garden. It ruins the (phu) view|- The towels were not changed everyday; only on our request. |- We needed to ask for new toilet paper. |- Regarding the breakfast, it is hard to be understood for light changes on the menu (2 fried eggs instead of scrambled eggs) as the owner only speak few words in English.||However, some good points can also be highlighted, such as : |- The owner really cares: during the cold nights of December, we received a second bed blanket. |- We were offered double breakfast (big eaters here)|- There are anti-mosquito nets for the night||Overall, we had good moments at the Phu View guesthouse and laughed with other...

We stayed at the guesthouse for 7 days in total. We only planned to stay 2 days, but first because we liked it so much and later because we got sick, we prolonged our stay day by day. The bungalow itsself is spacious, clean and comfortable. You have a bathroom for yourself and a little terrace with a hammock. The staff is very friendly and is always there to help when you need it. On top you get free, tasty breakfast every morning with eggs, pancakes, bananas and free cold water. Plus all of that comes at a very reasonable price. This place is perfect if you want to avoid the noise and summer break crowd of the walking street.|Its extremely close to the centre, but very quiet!|The view is gorgeous. The hammock is the best one I ever had.|The rooms are lovely and the grounds are very well kept!|Oh and coffee and breakfast is included!|There is cold drinking water for free.|The owner is lovely and caring.
