For the first time I am writing a review about the hotel, but I really want to thank the hotel staff and advise this hotel to those who want to relax not in a party place, but alone with nature and with their loved ones, because the rooms are very large. We lived in the 109 room on the first line, the rooms were thought out very competently, everything somehow seemed worthy to me! And of course, I was pleased with the communication with the staff! At the reception we were met by two sweetest Russian girls Katya and Irina! We addressed them at any time, they worked all the time, and it was they who caused me some kind of peace of mind! We are no longer young, ignorance of the English language greatly reduces the comfortable state abroad. Moreover, the hotel manager is a Russian young man, and a Russian cook’s assistant, so that we felt at home, and very much even in design resembled Russia: there is a willow composition in the lobby - it's so cute! And when we arrived on the first day and waited for settling in a cafe, the sweetest waiter brought me a natural carrot juice, smiling like an artist of my beloved Yevgeny Dyatlov from the movie "Streets of Broken Lanterns", it was very soulful and kind. And another episode about the Russian soul - we sometimes went out to eat, relax a little in local cafes, but they are not very close, you need to go 1.5-2 kilometers, and here we go with my husband, the toned car stops, the window opens, our hotel manager asks us where we are going, if he goes there to the hotel and gives us a lift! Of course, we agreed! It would seem a trifle but it was very nice! According to his recommendations, then they took a rental car for a couple of days in the Orange car phuket, everyone is honest, they speak Russian, they have a website, they can be found on the Internet) About food do not want to write! In a five-star hotel, by definition, bad food and bad service can not be, but the relationship of peace on rest as here is not always enough! Thank you dear team of like-minded people...

Read moreWe arrived with high expectations and the 3-bedroom villa was lovely and very large, however, they gave us a terrible room next to the main hotel with air conditioning units chugging away in our pool courtyard and spoiling the peace. We complained and were moved the next day. ||The sea wasn't really visible from the hotel, but the sea was. We were looking forward to swimming, but the sea was very rough and red flags prohibiting anyone from getting in. One of the days we went for a walk on the beach we found nothing but plastic rubbish! It was truly shocking!||This hotel is in they middle of nowhere - so not good for teenagers who want to go out in the evening. There was a 7-Eleven and pharmacy nearby, but very little else, so you have no choice but to eat at the hotel. We ended up going out every day and spent most of our time away from the hotel, which cost quite a bit in taxi fares. We would spend one hour driving to Patong or Kamala beach, which we loved, and 1+ hours coming back. So there was a lot of driving done to get to any places of interest. ||Sadly there was only 1 restaurant, so by the end of our stay we were bored with the menu. Although the staff were lovely and tried their very best they do need more training and the food was very mediocre. Sometimes the language barrier meant you didn't get what your expected from room service - more so when asking for non-Thai food. ||Be careful what you consume in the rooms as the cost of everything is high compared to outside the hotel. They put Evian water in all the bottles in all the bathrooms and each one cost nearly THB300! ||Going at this time of year was not a good idea, as we had quite a bit of rain and it was very windy too. If we come back it will be to a different part of Phuket and a different...
