A very controversial hotel due to the total economy of management. Not a bad location, but only for those who value privacy. There is absolutely nothing around the hotel, just a multi-kilometer long and narrow wide beach, no infrastructure, but not a single person on it. Great for meditation! Now about the hotel, more than a kilometer to the nearest shops, pharmacies, 7/11, etc. But there are tuk tuks nearby if anyone needs them. As I said, the hotel has global savings. If the hotel positions itself as luxury, then you will be “pleasantly” surprised by breakfasts with chemical (not from packages, but powdered) juices!!! coffee from the boiler (taste accordingly); wooden vegetables and fruits, inedible bacon, 1 type of the cheapest boiled sausage and cheese, and a couple - three prepared dishes, such as boiled rice with chicken/fish, heavily flavored with spices. I’ll just say nothing about desserts, and this happens day after day on dishes that are not the freshest with the same cutlery. Now about the territory, the hotel is quite long, the path from the reception to our room took at least 10 minutes, there are some kind of mopeds with strollers driving around the territory, but it is not clear for whom. The staff helped with things only upon check-in; at check-out they asked to come help, in the end they waited about 10 minutes and went on their own with the suitcases. No one was going to come to us) further, the towels and linen are far from being the freshest, the towels especially ALL have stains, if you look at the light and the smell leaves much to be desired. The water is magically adjusted so that it becomes warm, you have to turn it on and wait about 5 minutes. The furniture in the room is rather tired, there is no minibar. The maids clean the room only before noon, if you like to sleep, you will have to call just to change the towels, no one will clean the room after noon, it’s ours if you put a request on the handle!!! Well, about the pool... it is large, not bad, zoned for children, maximum depth 1.5. There are messages everywhere that after 19:00 cleaning is carried out and you can’t use it, in fact, many people are in the pool, no one kicks them out, but no one cleans it, or they clean it in the morning... for me it doesn’t matter anymore, because I swam in the pool half day and hello conjunctivitis. But I’ll be honest, my case was an isolated one, maybe I was so lucky!!! The pool, by the way, is not illuminated in the evening, like the whole area in principle... again, in my opinion, it is the management’s policy, because in the pool, and everywhere else, there are a lot of lamps for illumination that simply do not turn on... And yet... the hotel periodically turns it off light!!! It’s especially problematic when this happens at night, because of the turned off air conditioning and stuffiness, you had to open the balcony, where it was just as stuffy and hundreds of mosquitoes occupied the room... in a word, the hotel may have once been at the same level, but for the price you can find much cheaper in Phuket the hotel is undoubtedly better... so we will certainly never even think about returning to...
Read moreRead moreSeeing the other reviews written recently I feel it prudent to give a different perspective. Frankly, they are right in saying that the area is rather quiet and that the hotel itself, is also quiet. That being said it is important to recognise and reward the incredible amount of hard-work and dedication the people who work here have clearly put in to make this hotel better. From my viewpoint it very much seems like the hotel's weaker points are reflective of a local area without the critical mass of tourists needed to sustain stronger tourist infrastructure. It is worth noting that we were visiting in the off season and paid 50$ per night for our room | ||Here's a list of positives and negatives ||Positives: ||1- Breakfast selection is very impressive given the price and we found the stations (particularly the fresh eggs and fruit sections) to be well stocked and tasty. We also did not get sick as a result of any of the food which is noteworthy as one of our travelling group is extremely susceptible to that. Props! ||2- The hotel itself is GORGEOUS. From the grand, Thai-inspired exterior facade to the rooms (Especially the bathrooms!) You truly can have a 5 star experience for far below market rate prices ||3- the staff are super welcoming and accommodating. Golf kart rides are offered from the lobby directly to your room! ||4- rentals! Trust me on this one, if yoy are staying, take the rental bicycles out for a spin. The area is so peaceful and quiet that short little bike trips by the coast feel incredibly peaceful ||5- I know I said it before, but the bathrooms, hot damn. The tubs are the largest I've ever seen and have fantastic water pressure and heat, despite their size they fill in only a couple of minutes! ||Negatives: |1- The area is kinda isolated. If you have a moped rental youll have no issues but if not you may run out of stuff to do after a few days. That being said, if you're on a couples retreat and want the feeling of having a private beach to yourself, you can certainly have that here ||2- The lobby is super far away from some rooms which can create some issues. One night during our stay there was a woman in an argument with her partner beating down the door of their hotel room for quite some time, prompting a response from the guests on the corridor as the lobby was too far away to deal with the problem in a timely manner ||3- some stains on the bedding. Nothing major and easy to ignore, but just something for the hotel to be mindful of in the future 😊|4-closed facilities. There are numerous restaraunts, pool bars, swim-up bars etc that clearly never opened. This is a shame as they are just kind of left there, giving the place the impression that they are abandoned ||Overall we really enjoyed our stay, we would stay again and we really hope that this place starts seeing the number of visitors it deserves so that the owners can throw some more money at it and get all of the cool facilities on...
Can save one is one! If domestic mothers and fathers are like me, if you see the pictures of the children's water park and the direct access to the swimming pool room introduced by the hotel, don't be confused, you must take a good look at my pictures! just look at the picture!First of all, it costs more than 1,300 a night, which is not cheap, but let’s take a look at the specific services and environment1. The swimming pool is unhygienic. There are leaves floating on the swimming pool at the door of the room, and dirt is deposited underneath. Same goes for the big pool.2. The room is unhygienic. There are hairs from the previous person in the bathtub and on the floor. The bath towels are stained, the bed sheets are stained, the bed sheets and quilt cover are two colors, and the pillows are one big and one small, yellowish.3. The hotel environment is poorly maintained, overgrown with **s, and there is a wild lake next to it, which has become a source of mosquitoes, so there are many mosquitoes. There are two abandoned old buildings opposite the hotel, one of which is half-built, how eerie it is to make up for yourself.4. No service. Room service ends at 6 pm, so wait until tomorrow if you want anything. This is the pricing of a five-star hotel, and the service is not as good as a B&B.5. The breakfast is poor. If the breakfast is counted, it costs more than one hundred people. It can be said that I have never eaten such a poor breakfast, it is better not to bring it, the restaurant is dark, the table is greasy and dirty, and the placemat is visible to the naked eye. It is really unbearable.Stayed for one night, didn't sleep all night, and ran away all night!Thank you for praising Ctrip's customer service, who helped me refund the 2 nights I hadn't stayed.I hope that Ctrip will remove this kind of hotel that is about to close down from the platform, and stop the...
