Dear Memory Boutique Management,
I recently stayed at your property for four nights and wanted to share my experience, as I believe there are several areas that urgently need attention.
First, I want to acknowledge the positives: your hotel is in an excellent location, and the morning staff were genuinely kind and helpful. Their hospitality made a strong first impression.
However, the rest of our stay was unfortunately disappointing:
Night Staff Attitude: The night shift staff were noticeably unfriendly and unapproachable, which made late-night inquiries uncomfortable. Room Conditions: The room lacked any soundproofing. We were disturbed throughout the night by loud conversations and movement from adjacent rooms, making restful sleep nearly impossible. Drainage Odor: The bathroom had a persistent and overwhelming stench from the drainage pipe. We had to use air freshener every time we entered, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. Room Change Request: We requested a room change due to these issues but were told no alternatives were available. Rain-Related Smell: During rainfall, the drainage odor worsened significantly. When we raised this concern, the staff responded with, “It smells everywhere when it rains,” which felt dismissive and unprofessional.
Due to these unresolved issues, we had no choice but to move to another hotel after completing our four-night booking.
Recommendation: I cannot recommend this hotel until the drainage system is properly addressed and staff training is improved, particularly for the night shift. Guests deserve a clean, quiet, and respectful environment — rain or shine.
Thank you for taking the time to read this feedback. I hope it leads to meaningful improvements for future...

The hotel was spotless, with the room cleaned and organized daily, and fresh toiletries provided. The room size was decent for the price, well-lit, and featured a comfortable balcony. The hotel's location was perfect, close to Bangla Road and Patong Beach. Nearby, there was a 7/11 store and numerous street food vendors offering delicious and affordable options. Drinking water (two bottles) was refilled every day in the freezer provided. Although a locker was available, it was never used. The room also had a small electric kettle for hot water. The water pressure in the shower and bathroom was excellent.
Although the checkout time is 12 noon, had to check out in the morning at around 8:30 AM for a James Bond Island tour and wouldn’t be back early enough for the 12 PM checkout. The hotel provided luggage storage and a lounge area, which was very helpful. The luggage was stored safely, albeit in an open lounge area, and it was even possible to use the washroom to freshen up in the evening after returning from the tour. Overall, this hotel provided excellent value for money and is highly...
Read moreOverall, our experience at this hotel was disappointing. Despite the appealing photos, the reality was far from modern and stylish; instead, it was run-down and dirty. Our superior room lacked basic amenities like a headboard and was poorly maintained, with cobwebs and spiders in unexpected places. Despite attempting to upgrade, other rooms were also unsatisfactory, with issues like lizard infestations and exposed pipes. Limited towel provision and a persistent sewage smell in the bathroom added to the discomfort. While the air conditioning in the rooms provided some relief, the overall heat in the corridors and lobby was unbearable- even nauseating. Although conveniently located, the noise from traffic and neighboring rooms disrupted our sleep significantly. The managers service however was impeccable and she was very understanding and kind throughout our room issues. In summary, this was one of the most unpleasant stays I've...
