Patong Rai Rom Yen Resort SHA — Hotel in Patong

The rooms are very spacious and well-equipped, with a kitchen that includes an oven toaster and fridge. The host is extremely friendly and kind — they even allowed us to stay a few extra hours without any additional charge. Daily room service is also provided free of cost, which was a great convenience.

The only drawback is that the property is located on a hilltop. Our room was on the second floor, and with around 40 kg of luggage, it was a bit uncomfortable to carry everything since there is no lift. On arrival, the staff kindly helped with one piece of luggage, but managing the rest was a little difficult.

We (3 school friends ) had an incredible stay at Patong Rai Rom Yen Resort SHA! Tucked away from the hustle and bustle yet close enough to all the action, this resort is the perfect balance of peace and convenience. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. I especially loved the lush greenery around the resort—it felt like a tropical paradise. The pool was clean and refreshing, and the overall atmosphere was incredibly relaxing. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Patong. A true hidden gem!
