NOT FOR INDIANS WHO ARE PURE VEGETARIAN **

Our stay at Mike Garden Pattaya was quite a mixed experience. While the hotel itself was good and the room spacious and comfortable, there were several major issues that overshadowed these positives.

The biggest problem was the food. As vegetarians, we were shocked to find no vegetarian options available. Indians, please be warned: either avoid this hotel entirely or book just the stay and arrange your meals elsewhere if you are vegetarian. The lack of suitable food options was extremely disappointing.

Additionally, the behavior of the staff was the worst we've encountered in the hospitality industry. The on-ground manager, whose name we don't know, was particularly unpleasant. He appeared to harbor a deep-seated resentment towards Indian guests, which was evident in his demeanor. Not a single staff member smiled or greeted us, creating an unwelcoming and hostile atmosphere. It's baffling that a hotel earning a significant portion of its income from Indian guests could treat them so poorly.

Moreover, the swimming pool was dirty and appeared to be neglected, which was a major letdown. Despite the hotel being nearly empty, we were denied an early check-in at noon, adding to our frustration.

In summary, while the stay itself was decent, everything else about Mike Garden Pattaya was subpar. If you choose to stay here, do so only for a place to sleep and expect nothing more. The food, staff behavior, and overall service were pathetic, making it an experience we would not...

Checked in on 11/January/2020 ...

Reception 8/10 ... Seems people from India have kept up with their attitude every where in Thailand. Don't blame them! An Indian will remain an Indian almost anywhere!

Room 9/10 ... A distinct smell keep coming from the drainage ... Guess closer to the sea line has their disadvantage! 2ndly, the door kept giving trouble ... and the reception kept thinking we Don't know how to open the door using a magnetic key card, finally one fine maintainance team member solved the problem by changing the batteries of the lock!. Phew it was a relief, after that!

Bedding 5/10 ... Bed not well maintained ... Fell off the bed ... Feels good to be alive ... Hit the corner of table on a few millimeter from the wind pipe!

Bathroom 9/10 ... Feels good after a warm bath! Broken shower!

Breakfast 8/10 ... Guess their main customer are from APAC region only. Not much vege variety! I have flown 19 International trips to APAC region ... I know what they can have in vege variety!

Swiming Pool 10/10 ... Best that i have seen so far, in class of resorts. Very interestingly located! Dense forage adds to the...
